Job Title : Aviation Electronics, Electrical & Computer Systems Technician (AE/AT) Category / Component : Enlisted • Active Overview Aviation Electronics, Electrical and Computer Systems Technicians keep Navy aircraft mission ready by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical power, avionics, and computer based systems that enable radar, communications, navigation, flight controls, and weapons at sea and ashore.

Qualified Sailors may also volunteer as Naval Aircrewmen and perform in flight systems operations and mission support.

Enlist for the Aviation Electronics and Electrical pipeline, with final placement into AE or AT after A School based on performance and service needs; qualified Sailors may later volunteer for Naval Aircrew duty after initial rating qualification and screening.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with expertise in civil concrete repair, highway/airfield work, and long-term capital improvement projects.

Reporting directly to ownership, this individual will estimate, manage, and oversee concrete repair projects from bid preparation through closeout—ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate take-offs, cost estimates, scopes of work, and proposals for highway, airfield, and commercial concrete repair projects.
• Review plans, job specifications, and perform computer-based quantity take-offs.
• Manage awarded projects through scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Ensure projects meet company standards for timeliness, profitability, and quality.

The PM will lead dynamic project assignments from initial assessment through to completion, by leveraging and coordinating the expertise of diverse disciplines. • 10-20+ years of work experience in the Air Quality and/or Environmental industry in an engineering role (preferably in a consulting environment);
• Experience in the environmental services industry focusing on leading Air Quality services:

• Air quality permitting under SCAQMD and other Air Districts, including Title V Permitting;
• RECLAIM implementation and reporting;
• Annual Emissions Reporting;
