As a Data Steward Senior Analyst, you are part of a team responsible for enabling and supporting compliance with data-related enterprise policies within their domains/business units. You and your team are responsible for identifying critical data and associated risks, maintaining data definitions, classifying data, supporting data sourcing / usage requests, measuring Data Risk Controls, and confirming Data Issues are remediated. You have the opportunity to partner across various business units, technology teams, and product/platform teams to define and implement the data governance strategy, supervising and leading data quality, resolving data/platform issues, and driving consistency, usability, and governance of specific product data across the enterprise.

In addition, this role will play a key part in effectively communicating new and updated data-related policies to the teams responsible for compliance. The individual must be skilled in preparing clear, engaging presentations that translate formal policy language into practical, easy-to-understand guidance and “tell the story” behind the policy requirements. The role will also support the delivery of training sessions, facilitate policy office hours, and serve as a go-to resource for questions related to data governance and retention compliance.

Your Primary Responsibilities may include:

• Assist in identifying data-related risks and associated controls for key business processes. Risks relate to Record Retention (primary), Data Quality, Data Movement, Data Stewardship, Data Protection, Data Sharing, among others.

• Develop training materials and educate organization on Record Retention and Deletion processes and procedures.

• Develop deep understanding of key enterprise data-related policies and serve as the policy expert for the business unit, providing education to teams regarding policy implications for business.

• Collaborate with and influence product managers to ensure all new use cases are managed according to policies.

• Influence and contribute to strategic improvements to data assessment processes and analytical tools.

• Support current regulatory reporting needs via existing platforms, working with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, as well as technology teams.

• Subject matter expertise on multiple platforms.

• Responsible to partner with the Data Steward Manager in developing and managing the data compliance roadmap.

Qualifications include:

• 5 + years of experience in a similar role involved with ensuring compliance with Record Retention and Deletion policies.

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at multiple levels and cross functionally.

• Intermediate understanding of Data Management and Data Governance concepts (metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.) and prior experience.

• 5+ years of Data Quality Management experience.

• Strong familiarity with data architecture and/or data modeling concepts

• 5+ years of experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other similar fields.

• Preferred: Experience in Travel Industry.

Site Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for the project schedule as it relates to the supervision of all field activities and physical construction. The Superintendent reports to and carries out the direction of the Project Manager regarding field operations, directing daily progress. Key objectives include achieving required quality and completing the project in the shortest possible time. Success depends on adequate staffing, sufficient materials, complete information, and proactive planning to avoid delays.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand the project contract, schedule, and overall scope.
• Maintain the project schedule.
• Thoroughly understand Subcontractor agreements and vendor purchase orders (POs).
• Verify actual work completion with the Project Manager for Subcontractor and Vendor invoices.
• Secure Lien Releases from Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Secure all permits.
• Collaborate with the Project Scheduler and Project Manager to develop the progress schedule (e.g., 2week look ahead).
• Prepare and distribute daily logs.
• Coordinate and schedule necessary inspections.
• Coordinate and schedule necessary testing and surveying.
• Prepare agenda for regular construction meetings.
• Enforce site safety, security, and visitor access.
• Enforce quality and workmanship of finished products.
• Develop and maintain Site Utilization plan.
• Assist Project Manager to identify scope gaps/duplication from subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Request from Subcontractors scope and cost for change orders to provide to the Project Manager for processing by the Contracts Team.
• Maintain phone log.
• Prepare prepunch list items.
• Work with Project Site Engineer to load all pertinent project information on Procore.
• Provide site safety training for Subcontracts and enforce safety compliance on the project site.
• Conduct weekly "Tool talks".
• Secure any hot work permits required for the project.

General Duties

The superintendent is responsible for the following items, even if delegated to other staff:

• Generating, securing, or confirming all information needed to create, monitor, and modify the progress schedule continuously.
• Participating in scope reviews of bid packages to coordinate interfaces and avoid omissions or duplicate purchases.
• Identifying field construction and work sequence considerations when finalizing bid package purchases.
• Monitoring actual versus required performance by all parties.
• Determining whether subcontractors provide sufficient workforce and hours to meet commitments.
• Monitoring the performance of the company's purchasing and Project Site Engineering functions to ensure timely processing of subcontracts, material purchases, submittals, deliveries, clarifications, and changes.
• Directing any company field staff.
• Being thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the general contract to identify changes, conflicts, etc., beyond the scope of responsibility.
• Preparing daily reports, job diaries, narratives, and all other regular and special documentation as required.

Pay range and compensation package

$75K to $100K for jr level Site Supers/ $115 to $125K for more experienced Supers - up to $90 day per diem (receipts required), $70 monthly cell phone allowance, company laptop will be provided.

In this position, you will underwrite new and renewal business which includes solicitation, selection and pricing of highly complex multi-line risks (workers compensation, commercial auto, general liability). You will actively and creatively pursue new commercial insurance solutions including guaranteed cost, large deductible and retro account opportunities throughout the territory through your network of national and regional brokers and agents. We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

You might also have...

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields
