Corporate Counsel Job Description: The Corporate Counsel will primarily support HITT’s operations in the southwest United States and will be based out of HITT’s Phoenix office.
The Corporate Counsel will have a strong background in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction and/or manufacturing delivery, and installation of complex tools and equipment, including labor compliance, public works, contract drafting and negotiations, claim advice, strategies for contract administration and dispute resolution, union agreements, plus have strong communication skills and work ethic; be willing to grow and be challenged; work ethically, professionally and with integrity; be passionate about the core business of construction; and be willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Further develop and implement strategic programming to support compliance with complex regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: state and federal minimum wage and prevailing wage requirements and related regulations (e.g.

About the role:

- Strong working knowledge of In Row Cooling / Heat Exchanger systems and data center infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously under aggressive timelines.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

Position Overview:
The Test Scoring/Reader position involves hand-scoring tests that contain constructed responses, such as essays, math problems requiring shown work, or written answers. These responses must be scored by a live person because they cannot be evaluated mechanically.

Scoring is based on criteria established by each State Department of Education. You will be trained in these standards and scoring methods. The first one to two days of each project are dedicated to training. At the end of training, you must pass a qualifying test to demonstrate your ability to score accurately.
Test Scorers/Readers work in a classroom-style environment led by a Scoring Director who conducts training and overseas operations.

Role Overview
Bilingual Senior Project Manager (Spanish Required)
One hire must be fully bilingual (near-native Spanish & English) and will lead significant consolidation initiatives in Mexico, including plant combinations, regulatory/permitting coordination, workforce transitions, and operational ramp-ups.
This individual will interact with government officials and executive leadership and must operate confidently in politically sensitive environments.
Senior Project Manager – North America Focus
Leading U.S.-based initiatives including:
- Plant closures & consolidations
- CapEx projects
- Equipment decommissioning/commissioning
- Asset transfer & reclamation
- Greenfield & brownfield operations
Both roles may manage 3–4 projects simultaneously and require strong executive presence combined with hands-on plant engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years of Project Management experience in industrial manufacturing
- Experience managing large, complex projects ($1M–$35M)
- Background in plant shutdowns, asset transfers, commissioning, M&A integration
- Exposure to regulatory, environmental, workforce, and real estate complexity
- Ability to operate at both plant floor and executive levels
- Preferred backgrounds: automotive, metal forming/welding/fabrication, plastics (injection molding 200–400 ton, blow molding), or heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities: Conduct Site Studies evaluating damages to building materials or components for Residential and Commercial Structures, including but not limited to roof systems, foundations, water intrusion, cladding elements, construction defects, and complete structural systems.
Write Technical Reports that provide detailed and accurate findings and conclusions related to a completed site investigation.
Provide excellent customer service to company internal and external customers.
On occasion, provide expert testimony or depositions as needed on projects to which you have been assigned.
**Our company has a dedicated Litigation Department to provide support to all project managers.
Proactively pursue additional training, mentoring opportunities, licenses, education, and/or certifications (cost covered by Company).
Travel may be required for assigned work outside of your home-region.
Daily and overnight in-region travel is also required for facilitating investigations.
Education/Requirements: BS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, etc…) Registered as an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Pennsylvania.
Have an active NCEES record (Or be eligible to obtain within 90 days of employment).
2-3 of experience in Structural Engineering, Structural Analysis, Failure Analysis, knowledge of Residential and/or Commercial Construction, Building Codes, Design, or related experience is highly preferred.
Required to have a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record.
Required to have strong technical writing abilities with experience using Microsoft Word.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc….).
