As a member of the Programmatic Sales & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pinterest's advertising growth and revenue through a full-funnel sales strategy. What we're looking for:
- 8+ years in client-facing digital media sales roles, with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or media strategy.
- Advanced understanding of full-funnel digital advertising solutions, including brand, consideration, and conversion strategies, with specialized knowledge in search, shopping, display, or (social a plus).

Travel Specialist (Bilingual English & French)

As a Travel Specialist you'll assist our clients across the Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Hotel brands via phone, email, and live chat with hotel reservations, hotel recommendations, rate and availability searches, technical support, special requests, and feedback. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Ecommerce Manager will own the day-to-day strategy and execution of , Jack Archer's largest and highest-potential sales channel, working across creative, product, tech, and operations to deliver a best-in-class digital experience. This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and business strategy, translating insights and cross-functional inputs into site improvements that drive measurable growth. A key part of this role is bringing new products to life on-site through compelling content, storytelling, and an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every launch lands with impact. This person will also work closely with CRM and performance marketing to align on-site experiences with broader campaign priorities and new product launches, while maintaining a strong feedback loop with the CX team to proactively surface and resolve site issues, friction points, and customer frustrations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of , ensuring the site is always performing, on-brand, and optimized for growth

- Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4 or equivalent) and the ability to pull, interpret, and act on data independently
- Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology, from structuring hypotheses to applying learnings
- Fluency in core ecommerce KPIs: CVR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue per session, and LTV
- Proven track record of building or improving operational processes, not just executing existing ones
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, dev, and CX teams in a collaborative structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Role Overview
The Event Coordinator is a foundational role within the Events Division, responsible for the operational, systems, and administrative backbone that enables high-touch luxury event execution at scale.
This role is not an execution-only or entry-level support position. It is an operations-focused role designed to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all event programs, allowing Event Project Managers and senior leadership to focus on execution quality and client experience.
The Event Coordinator will own systems hygiene, vendor infrastructure, billing workflows, and reporting, and will play a critical role in scaling the division to support additional clients.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Systems Ownership
· Maintain project hygiene and task accuracy within (project management + CRM)

Vendor Research & Infrastructure

The Associate Textile Technologist will play a critical role in translating creative direction into technically sound, factory-ready specifications while maintaining strict adherence to milestone deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Stylists and Design teams to execute prints, patterns, and engineered graphics in alignment with seasonal design intent.
- Coordinate strike-offs, handlooms, knit-downs, and graphic submits in preparation for milestone meetings.
- Review print and graphic submissions with cross-functional teams; provide feedback in partnership with leadership to ensure timely approvals.
- Track all print, pattern, and graphic developments within PLM/Centric systems, ensuring accurate seasonal documentation.
- Monitor seasonal calendar deadlines and ensure all approvals are secured by drop-dead dates; escalate risks and provide solutions proactively.
- Communicate technical requirements to overseas factories, including artwork repeats, layouts, machine limitations, and fabric specifications.
- Detail graphic packages and spec packs clearly to ensure accurate execution at the vendor level.
- Support development of inline seasonal graphics, chase additions, and collaboration projects.
- Maintain organized fabric libraries for strike-offs and reference files.
- Partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks related to delivery, costing, and quality.
- Attend weekly design meetings to align on graphic intent and build technical documentation accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Production, Textile Technology, Graphic Design, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in print/pattern development, graphic product development, textile sourcing, or apparel production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PLM/Centric systems.
- Experience approving color, layout, and strike-offs.
- Knowledge of artwork repeats, fabric content, printing machinery, and basic QA testing.
