Position Summary:

Responsible for all day to day management of customers within their assigned portfolio and activities related to business growth. The position is also responsible for customer service, which includes maintaining current customers as well as developing new customers in conjunction with the individual’s sales team. Collaborate with other business units within the Matheson Family, marketing and geographic sales teams to identify prospects for sales of company’s product offerings. Required Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline; may consider substitute experience in a related technical field for humanities or liberal arts majors, MBA is plus but not required

· Minimum 5 years of B2B experience selling technical solutions to industrial clients

· Must have a track record of successfully closing complex sales involving negotiation of long-term supply agreements

· Demonstrated strong skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Rotating Equipment Engineer role supporting modular turbine packages and power generation rotating machinery through commissioning, reliability, and lifecycle optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for rotating equipment including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and auxiliary systems
• Support modular turbine packages including installation, commissioning, integration, and performance optimization
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations for rotating equipment issues
• Develop and review maintenance strategies, inspection plans, and reliability improvement initiatives
• Support outage planning and execution including scope development, technical oversight, and post-outage evaluations

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of turbine auxiliaries, lubrication systems, sealing systems, and balance-of-plant equipment
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery

A large utilities client is seeking a ROW Abstractor to join their ROW team in Downtown Houston. The Abstractor's main responsibility is to ensure that all land rights are accurate and correct in order to proceed with the design phase of engineering projects. Daily responsibilities include running title documents to ensure accuracy, researching easement documents, researching paths sent via GIS using internal software, and confirm the correct landowners and accurate chain of title to ensure the project scope can be met by engineering. Other responsibilities include - performing title examination and examining the chain of title, abstracting and analyzing records of mortgages, liens, judgement and easement to determine ownership, legal description of property, and completeness of records. Ov average, the Abstractor will work on 30-60 projects per week. This individual must be able to work independently and report to the office 5 days per week.
