The Global Trade & Duty Drawback Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and executing a compliant duty drawback program while maximizing duty recovery opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Duty Drawback Program Management

- 5+ years working with Linux systems (Red Hat or similar)
- Experience supporting VoIP platforms
- Strong understanding of SIP
- Ability to analyze Wireshark packet captures
- Experience troubleshooting using Linux command line tools
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Linux scripting experience
- Basic PHP knowledge
- Familiarity with Diameter protocol
- Experience with VMware vSphere
- Basic knowledge of Cisco IOS
