The BBSI Business Partner is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational development and operational issues. Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting salary range for this position is $120,000-130,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.


This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Previous machining and manufacturing experience in a similar job shop environment is a significant asset.   • Ability to set up and operate Vertical and Horizontal CNC Milling Machine centers, including but not limited to 3-4 axis
