Position Details:

- Shifts: Shift requirements is 8 hour shifts that can be scheduled between the hours of 7am and 7pm,
- Days: Monday through Friday and could include weekend shifts as needed.

Position Summary:
The Patient Service Specialist provides direct, daily operational front office support in a manner consistent with Guthrie Medical Group’s Service Excellence Standards. Education, License & Cert:

Experience:
Demonstrated customer service commitment in a fast‐paced environment with a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related field preferred. Medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Must be comfortable with computers and learning new applications.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for greeting every patient in a courteous, professional, and timely manner every Time.
2. Responsible for answering telephones in a friendly and efficient manner in conjunction with Guthrie’s Telephone Standards. Screens telephone calls, takes messages and provides information.
3. Responsible for scheduling and maintaining all patient appointments electronically. Verifies patient information at time of scheduling and assigns B# / MRN to new patients. Responsible for editing appointment schedule at the direction of practice management.
4. Registers patient. Reviews, verifies and corrects patient demographic and insurance information along with scanning current insurance cards into the patient’s confidential medical record.
5. Verify eligibility for major insurance carriers including but not limited to New York and Pennsylvania Medical Assistance to ensure accurate billing. Complete various types of insurance forms, pre‐certifications and referrals.
6. Possess the ability to inform, quote, and collect copayments, insurance deductibles, deposits, or unpaid balances at the time of registration as per Guthrie Medical Group, P.C. ‘s policies and guidelines.
7. Responsible for daily cash‐out and balancing in accordance with the Patient Cash Control Policy.
8. Performs liaison duties between patients, physicians, hospital staff, organizational departments, etc., keeping the departments fully aware of all necessary information. Keeps patients informed of any delays.
9. Adheres to departmental and organizational policies and attends meetings/huddles as required.
10. Requires the ability to prioritize daily tasks simultaneously in a fast‐paced, ever changing work environment within a strong team structure.
11. Maintains strict confidentiality related to patient health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance.

Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Systems Integration and Test II Engineer to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment.
Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. The Systems Integration & Test II Engineer provides comprehensive systems engineering and integration test support by assessing program needs, planning and coordinating test activities, developing schedules, and executing test efforts from project initiation through system transition. The role involves addressing a wide range of technical challenges that require thorough information gathering, detailed analysis, and investigative problem‑solving to identify root causes and determine effective resolutions.
The following responsibilities are expected though not limited to for a Senior Systems Integration & Test II Engineer (EW)
Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
Test EW hardware and software builds.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience

Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events
Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities
Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment

Experience with security requirements related to government testing

Resilience Engineering & Cloud Reliability
Architect and validate fault-tolerant, regionally resilient architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Own resilience automation, chaos testing, and IaC-based recovery validation.
Lead cross-cloud reliability design reviews and failure-mode analyses for critical systems.
Quality Engineering & Continuous Testing
Define enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive automation-first testing (functional, non-functional, performance, resilience).
Embed observability-driven quality validation and contract testing across services.
Performance, Capacity & Efficiency Engineering
Oversee predictive capacity planning, scaling automation, and cost/efficiency optimization (FinOps/GreenOps).
Partner with Platform & Infrastructure teams to tune performance across application and platform layers.
Measure and report on performance SLIs/SLAs aligned to REO's Reliability Metrics framework.
