Jefferson Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team in a full-time, fully remote teleradiology role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while practicing within one of the nation’s most respected academic health systems.


The ideal candidate is comfortable interpreting a broad range of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Radiography, and is committed to delivering accurate, timely, and high-impact diagnostic interpretations that directly support patient care and clinical decision-making.

Job Description Summary

A recognized leader in breast imaging for more than 50 years, Jefferson Einstein has been at the forefront of advanced mammography—helping pioneer Digital Breast Tomosynthesis, becoming one of the first institutions nationwide to fully transition to 100% digital breast imaging, and introducing Molecular Breast Imaging (MBI) to the region using the lowest radiation dose available.


We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a collaborative, high-performing team of radiologists within an accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.

The Position

  • No nights or call responsibilities
  • Comprehensive breast imaging practice including:
  • Digital Breast Tomosynthesis
  • Breast Ultrasound
  • Breast MRI
  • Image-guided biopsies and procedures
  • Annual volumes:
  • ~27,000 screening mammograms
  • ~16,000 diagnostic mammograms
  • ~2,200 biopsies/procedures
  • Technology & systems:
  • Hologic mammography equipment with SmartCurve™ technology
  • Philips ultrasound
  • DynaCAD for breast MRI
  • Web-based PACS with digital tomosynthesis
  • System-wide implementation of Sectra PACS planned for 2026, further enhancing workflow efficiency, image quality, and enterprise-wide collaboration
  • Practice setting:
  • Coverage across 2 hospitals and 3 outpatient imaging centers
  • NAPBC-accredited program
  • Academic involvement:
  • Teaching opportunities within a premier radiology residency program (24 residents)
