The Role: Executive Services Associate / Team Support

The Executive Services Associate is a great client service role to accelerate or start your career and give you valuable training and exposure to all departments with direct contact to clients. S/he will closely support the Executive Services team by liaising with executives regarding reporting, data and analytics, communicating regarding clients’ online investment and compensation plan accounts, facilitating the set-up and execution of related events and communications.

We are seeking a driven Associate Interventional Specialist to support a high-performing Territory Manager in the Westchester/Fairfield County territory. This is a growth opening due to internal promotion and offers strong development into a full Territory Manager role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Territory Manager with daily field activity and account coverage
  • Assist in implant procedures and provide in-OR clinical support
  • Provide programming and reprogramming support for patients
  • Educate physicians, clinical staff, and patients on therapy and product benefits
  • Conduct sales calls to maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Manage assigned target accounts as designated by the District Sales Manager
  • Develop new business through trial generation and account penetration
  • Plan and execute local educational programs and sales events
  • Maintain inventory and territory organization
  • Complete all compliance and regulatory training requirements


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of business-to-business sales experience (medical device, pharma, biotech, clinical, or related industry preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • High character, strong work ethic, and willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends for procedures)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory
  • Not a job hopper — demonstrated tenure and career progression preferred
  • Operating room experience is not required. Candidates from structured sales training environments (e.g., enterprise sales organizations) or early-career medical device professionals are encouraged to apply.

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Construction Manager (Luxury Homes) for a residential construction client. This is a full-time, onsite role with projects throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut (including Oxford, Stamford, and surrounding areas).


POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Construction Manager will lead high-end, ground-up residential and select light commercial construction projects within a vertically integrated, fast-moving organization. This role owns execution in the field and in the office — driving schedules, budgets, documentation, and subcontractor coordination while adapting quickly to evolving project direction. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, balances speed with structure, and brings deep expertise in luxury residential construction operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead ground-up luxury residential (primary focus) and select commercial construction projects from pre-construction through delivery

  • Maintain strong field presence (approximately 60–70% onsite), troubleshooting site challenges and driving daily execution
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, and trade partners to ensure alignment and quality standards
  • Navigate local permitting and regulatory processes within high-end residential municipalities
  • Adapt quickly to ownership-driven design pivots, material changes, and evolving project scope while maintaining momentum and organization


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience managing ground-up luxury residential construction projects, with exposure to light commercial builds
  • Proven ability to balance fast-paced execution with strong documentation, contract management, and process oversight
  • Strong knowledge of high-end materials, specialty finishes, and commercial-grade systems used in residential construction
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar), Bluebeam, scheduling tools, and Excel
  • Independent decision-maker with strong communication skills and comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range: $210,000 – $230,000
  • Performance-based bonus tied to project execution, timelines, and overall profitability
