The Manager, Enterprise Programs & Platform Performance is a leadership role focused on developing high performance teams while driving enterprise programs and advancing platform capabilities that enable Global Security's mission worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Security Control Center (GSCC) Strategic Operations, this role leads a high-impact team including a Program Manager and Geospatial Specialists, while fostering an inclusive, high-trust culture aligned with The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) values. This role will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable—building capability and engagement to deliver exceptional results.
Beyond people leadership, this role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for Travel Risk Management (TRM) and the platforms supporting Open-Source Intelligence / Social Media Research (OSINT/SMR) operations. This position carries a global remit with primary focus on the Western Hemisphere and serves as part of the governance center for all TWDC Control Centers worldwide. What You Will Do:

Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage quarterly close including distributions and forecasting in accordance with GAAP
- Manage AP and general ledger functions
- Oversee 1-2 direct reports, mentoring and reviewing work
- Approval of annual business filings including 1099s
- Oversight of tax filings and payments
- Collaborating with the AR team, oversight of software and mentoring
- Account reconciliation, daily/weekly accounting processes
- Reporting and analysis requests, quarterly and as needed
- Payroll processing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA not required
- 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience with a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with multi-entity structures and SOX compliance
- Some tax experience is preferred
- Payroll experience is preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills

Simkhai is searching for a Product Development Assistant to support the product development team in managing trim and lining sourcing, maintaining product data systems, and coordinating factory communications to ensure accurate and timely product development across all collections.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain seasonal WIPs for each collection
- Track all incoming packages from factories at trial, proto, and sms stage
- Provide data entry support for all WIPs
- Create and maintain all trim and lining logs used in all Collections for Design and Tech
- Create and maintain reference sample catalogues of all trim and linings used in the Collections
- Coordinate the sourcing of all linings and trims supplied by the factories
- Update linelists with all trim and lining information for each Collection
- Attend all hand off meetings to ensure all trim information on linelists are complete with article numbers and colors
- Responsible to create and update styles in Apparel Magic.
- Create and update factory SMS po’s seasonally
- Update all collection data revisions in Apparel Magic
- Work with factories in sourcing seasonal trims and fabric qualities needed in collection development.
- Support the development process in tracking and receiving packages.
- Steam all incoming SMS before showroom pass off
- Create and prepare any PD shipping packages to factories
- Assist the team in facilitating day-to-day task and provide team support
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 Years of PD experience
- Must have undergraduate degree
- Must have experience working with overseas factories
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills for building working relationships within teams
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills to establish priorities and meet specific deadlines.
