The Manager, Enterprise Programs & Platform Performance is a leadership role focused on developing high performance teams while driving enterprise programs and advancing platform capabilities that enable Global Security's mission worldwide. Beyond people leadership, this role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for Travel Risk Management (TRM) and the platforms supporting Open-Source Intelligence / Social Media Research (OSINT/SMR) operations. As the TRM expert, this leader is responsible for evolving the enterprise TRM program into a global, Fortune 50 gold-standard capability supporting more than 150,000 travelers annually, partnering with enterprise travel leadership to align with ISO 31030 standards and ensuring Disney's global workforce is supported with best-in-class travel safety resources and response capabilities. The role also provides strategic direction for geospatial tools and OSINT/SMR platforms—defining desired outcomes and empowering the team to deliver technical solutions that drive reliability, automation, and actionable insights.

This position carries a global remit with primary focus on the Western Hemisphere and serves as part of the governance center for all TWDC Control Centers worldwide. The manager partners closely with GSCC operations leadership and teams across Global Security—including intelligence, investigations, security operations, and emergency preparedness and response—as well as enterprise travel leadership and studio segment partners to ensure readiness, response, and stakeholder confidence.

The GSCC operates 24/7/365, supporting emergency and non-emergency events, monitoring global affairs, managing incoming calls, dispatching resources, and providing event-driven global notifications. In emergencies, the GSCC coordinates enterprise assistance, delivers technical and advisory support for essential services, issues risk warnings, disseminates employee information, and serves as the central communication hub for Global Security.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Partner with GSCC operations leadership to maintain 24/7 readiness; support incident workflows and crisis communications.
• Contribute to procedures, drills, and after-action reviews with intelligence, investigations, and emergency response teams.
• Flex into operations support during high-tempo events to ensure timely updates and stakeholder confidence.

Platform Performance & Strategic Guidance

• 5+ years of experience in security, with a minimum of 3 years in travel risk management, including demonstrated expertise in TRM program design, implementation, and operations at an enterprise scale.

  The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $107,300 to $147,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. What You Will Do:

• Lead Operational Technology (OT)/ Industrial Control Systems (ICS) network architecture and cyber security systems development, design, and implementation for automation and embedded control systems on a wide variety of large-scale, highly complex, and innovative ride systems
• Perform engineering design and analysis for ride system networks, with focus on automation system architecture
• Design and test cyber security solutions and network architectures for ride systems

Simkhai is searching for a Product Development Assistant to support the product development team in managing trim and lining sourcing, maintaining product data systems, and coordinating factory communications to ensure accurate and timely product development across all collections.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain seasonal WIPs for each collection
• Track all incoming packages from factories at trial, proto, and sms stage
• Provide data entry support for all WIPs
• Create and maintain all trim and lining logs used in all Collections for Design and Tech
• Create and maintain reference sample catalogues of all trim and linings used in the Collections
• Coordinate the sourcing of all linings and trims supplied by the factories
• Update linelists with all trim and lining information for each Collection
• Attend all hand off meetings to ensure all trim information on linelists are complete with article numbers and colors
• Responsible to create and update styles in Apparel Magic.
• Create and update factory SMS po’s seasonally
• Update all collection data revisions in Apparel Magic
• Work with factories in sourcing seasonal trims and fabric qualities needed in collection development.
• Support the development process in tracking and receiving packages.
• Steam all incoming SMS before showroom pass off
• Create and prepare any PD shipping packages to factories
• Assist the team in facilitating day-to-day task and provide team support

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 Years of PD experience
• Must have undergraduate degree
• Must have experience working with overseas factories
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills for building working relationships within teams
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills to establish priorities and meet specific deadlines.
• Must have advanced computer skills including Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint
• Must have ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment
• Must have passion for RTW product cycle
• Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Must have knowledge in garment construction/engineering
