CFM is seeking Associates with experience advising private funds on formations, fundraising, and ongoing operations to join one of our offices in either the Bay Area, Denver, or New York. Many of our clients blend traditional investment strategies (venture, debt, and private equity) with non-traditional assets (in particular digital assets). Our Associates have significant flexibility in enjoying remote work and should be within driving distance of one of our offices. Our attorneys have a billable target of 1500 hours per year.

Summary of Responsibilities

The Project Associate will work closely with the firm’s Principal and Project Managers on a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and transactions in New York City. Contract: 13 weeks with strong possibility of extension

Shift: Morning, Evening & Night (All shifts are available)

Guaranteed hours per week: 37.50

Pay: $32 to $36/hr on W2

Job Summary

Pride Health is seeking experienced Psychiatric Social Health Technicians (PSHT) to support an Adult Behavioral Health inpatient unit within a large acute-care hospital setting. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong behavioral health experience who thrive in structured clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support patients with daily activities and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient behavior and report observations to clinical staff
• Assist in maintaining a safe and structured treatment environment
• Provide emotional support and reinforce treatment plans
• Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and unit policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health experience
• AHA BLS Certification (required)
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work in a secure, inpatient behavioral health setting
