Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or related technical sales roles.
  • Proven experience in selling commercial HVAC systems, services, or solutions to contractors and end-users (or similar industry).

Minimum Qualifications

- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Compensation & Ownership Model


  • Base Salary: Fully guaranteed, based on experience
  • Production-Based RVU Model: Earn $75K–$125K+ annually in additional compensation, paid out once per year

  • Quarterly Equity Distributions: Typically recoup the initial investment within 1.5 years, with long-term earnings that scale significantly over time
