The Boeing Company and Government Vehicle Health Management Systems (GVHMS) Team is currently looking for an Experienced Systems Engineer - Health Management (Product Owner) to join their team in Hazelwood, MO. This role will primarily support a Proprietary program as well as other platforms in the GVHMS portfolio as required.
This team develops, fields and supports aircraft support systems for the F/A-18, E/A-18, F-15, T7 and MQ-25 aircraft platforms. The system acquires and manages aircraft health and usage data, performs health and usage assessment, updates aircraft configuration and recommends maintenance actions. The team is looking for a highly motivated systems engineer to develop requirements, perform integration activities, manage project budget, and take on the role of Product Owner (PO) on various projects. This role requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure software products are developed that interact successfully to support customer needs. The ability to maintain and develop plans/schedules and to monitor and report schedule performance is required. Good oral and written communications are essential to success in this position. This role will work closely with the software development team, the software test team, other product owners, and the Chief Engineer on the team. This position will also require occasional domestic and international travel as required to ensure successful implementation of the system at customer sites.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans.
- Develop, document, and verify requirements.
- Develop project schedules and track performance.
- Develop and organize work items for the software team.
- Be responsible for the integration of the components of the GVHMS system to successfully meet customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design and trade design)
- 3+ years' experience building stakeholder and customer relationships
- 3+ years of experience in leading projects or teams

- Agile development experience

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization is seeking a Software Configuration Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) for the Precision Engagement Systems programs team in St. Charles, MO (St. Louis Metro Area) to perform configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, and verification, and facilitate program baseline management.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Change Control Board (CCB) process for software: schedule and facilitate CCB meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, track action items, and ensure changes are reviewed and approved before implementation.
- Produce and maintain program CM artifacts: CM plans, product/document identification schemes, baselines, and traceability records.
- Prepare and process change documents: Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Change Documents/Requests (CD/CRs), and related approvals.
- Oversee software build and release activities: plan, schedule, coordinate and execute builds and deployments; operate and improve build/release processes to minimize errors and cycle time.
- Manage version control, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and build environments; resolve environment inconsistencies and release failures.
- Perform configuration audits and verification to confirm product/documentation baselines.
- Assess prime and supplier contract CM requirements and coordinate supplier change management.
- Support determinations of export authority for technical work products and assist with industry quality audits for CM.

- Drive continuous improvement of CM processes, tooling, and metrics.

The VMS senior manager leads a multi-disciplined team to define, procure, develop, integrate and test an air vehicle VMS. - Someone who is also certified in Radiant and will be helping to cross-cover our Radiant on-call schedule (the goal is a single on-call schedule for Radiant/Cupid)

Cupid certification and a strong Cupid background (implementation as well as support); Also required to be certified in Radiant and will help support the on-call rotation for both applications.
Job Function Summary:
Involves the design, building, testing, and implementation of clinical application systems. Provides support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, when adapting software to meet their needs. The Clinical Applications Professional III functions as the primary support contact and expert for technology solutions used within the cardiology service lines. They work under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager to configure, build & install applications. They coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application area. Key operational activities include primary responsibility to analyze work flows and understand policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the applications. In depth and precise investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality is required. Key technical activities include the analysis of new releases to determine how workflow should be modified, building and populating databases and tables during initial system configuration, conducting system testing and conversion data validation. The application analyst develops and documents internal procedures and establishes change control processes for the application.
The Clinical Application Analyst also develops user training aids and trains end users in workflow and use of applications. They function as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live, stabilization and on-going support (7x24). Successful candidates are skilled communicators who make decisions independently and in collaboration with others up and down the project structure. - Troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to solder paste printing, component placement, inspection, and reflow profiling.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve OEE, yields, CP/CPK, and reduce rework.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $270,000 – $300,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $295,000 - $450,000.
