Outside Sales Representative – Flooring Solutions

The Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) will be empowered to be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that the profit center specializes in. This includes developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
2+ years of direct sales experience

The Administrative Assistant Position
The Administrative Assistant supports EctoHR’s clients by performing a wide variety of administrative and organizational duties. A typical day may include organizing and managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling detailed administrative tasks, and ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. A keen attention to detail and a proactive “no task is too small” mindset is essential for success in this role.
The Administrative Assistant works closely with EctoHR’s internal team by providing executive support, assisting with project coordination, composing and proofreading documents and maintaining an organized, efficient office environment. The position requires a 100% in-office presence at EctoHR’s Brighton, MI office.
The ideal candidate brings a steady, positive attitude and enough sense of humor to roll with the occasional curveball. Key Responsibilities APQP & PPAP Leadership: Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning process for new product launches, ensuring all documentation is flawless and submitted on schedule.
Problem Solving (8D/Root Cause): Act as the lead investigator for internal and external quality escapes using 8D methodology, Fishbone diagrams, and 5-Why analysis to implement systemic solutions.
Process Oversight: Monitor and optimize quality standards for complex material forming and injection molding processes.
IATF 16949 Management: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure constant audit readiness and compliance with automotive industry standards.
Customer & Supplier Interface: Serve as the primary technical contact for customer quality concerns and collaborate with the supply chain to elevate supplier performance.
Continuous Improvement: Partner with production teams to implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Lean initiatives to reduce scrap and improve yield.
Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing environment.
Technical Knowledge: IATF 16949 standards and the Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Tools: Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and the use of precision measurement equipment.
