Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities
The individual will perform field inspections and testing of steel, which includes reading and and understanding constructions plans, accurately documenting and reporting collected information.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Steel Inspections
- Ability to work safely and efficiently while being assigned multiple tasks
- Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work independently and able to pass written and practical certification exams
- Thrives in a workplace where Positive Attitude, Self-direction, Motivation, and Personal Accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, supervisors, clients, subcontractors and regulators
- Work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary
- Dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
- Some infrastructure construction-related experience will be advantageous
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is required
- ASNT NDE, Mag Particle, Ultrasonic, Dye-Liquid Penetrant, certifications a plus

- We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities: As a Facilities Maintenance professional, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.
Overseeing the maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, fire suppression systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

Performing regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Facilities Maintenance role should possess the following qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
3.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment and systems.
4.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
5.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to complete projects and tasks.
6.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively relay information to team members and management.
7.
A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to quality and safety.
8.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different site locations as needed.
