As a Sr. Master Scheduler / Buyer at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in building relationships with key industry partners/suppliers, driving supplier execution for safety-critical systems, and continuously improving our supply chain processes. You will be part of the Production organization, a growing team of highly motivated professionals passionate about delivering high-quality products and services on time, with unquestionable quality. You will have hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), supplier relationship management, procurement, inventory management, and kitting. You will also mitigate supply risks, resolve procurement discrepancies, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while acting as the liaison between engineering, quality, and manufacturing. These responsibilities require a strong understanding of the aerospace/aviation market, business objectives, and supplier capabilities to ensure success. This position requires coordinating with internal customers, managing a complex supplier portfolio, and communicating with leadership to develop, implement, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead MRP master scheduling for non-recurring engineering, formal engineering development, certification, and production projects, including conducting capacity analyses to mitigate short and long-term schedule risks, identify systemic issues, resolve shortages, and develop strategies to enable a healthy supply chain

• Ensure predictable and uninterrupted supply by analyzing MRP messages, managing master data, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory replenishment strategies, and expediting deliveries with suppliers

• Develop and implement strategies to drive supplier selection, qualification, commercial negotiations, contract development, and administration

• Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, including business/financial, capabilities, capacity, quality, throughput, technical capability, and risk assessments

• Prepare, issue, and analyze request for quote (RFQ) / request for proposal (RFP) packages, evaluate quotes, translate engineering requirements into clear requests, negotiate with suppliers, place purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and manage constraints and supplier performance

• Develop sustainable relationships with our partners, suppliers, or distributors

• Drive cost savings through leveraging volume pricing agreements with suppliers

• Develop and mature internal supply chain policies, procedures, and instructions

• Develop, monitor, and continuously improve key supplier performance indicators and manage supplier improvement plans

• Root-cause systemic supply chain issues, leading cross-functional teams to implement permanent fixes, facilitate assembly/integration alignment discussions, and drive blocker resolution

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, or Engineering

• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in supply chain management, contracts/subcontracts, legal, or engineering

• 3+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems

• Ability to ramp up quickly on new concepts, technologies, and opportunities, and a passion for solving hard problems with analysis and creativity

Preferred Success Criteria

• Experience with quality systems (e.g. AS9100, ISO9001, or FAA Parts Manufacturing Approval)

As a Mission Systems Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Systems team and will report to the Systems & Safety Manager. As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. You will support the integration of the radar on the aircraft and support data collection and analysis during flight testing. You will be the owner of real-time processing of radar algorithms on an FPGA, DSP-based platform.

Basic Success Criteria

• Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related discipline

• 8+ years of professional hands-on experience with Radar algorithms, radar system design, radar signal processing, integration, and test of a radar system

• Ability to use C++, Matlab and Python (Python preferred)

• Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues

• Pulsed and FMCW processing algorithm development

• Experience in airborne radar testing and development

• Own the experimentation framework and guide teams through hypothesis design, sample sizing, execution, and interpretation.

Strategic Impact & Roadmapping

• Collaborate with leadership to translate data insights into roadmap priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Build predictive models and scenario analyses to support forecasting, pricing, and product investment decisions.
• Establish best practices in data instrumentation, dashboarding, and self-serve analytics across teams.

Technical Foundations

• Partner with data engineering to improve pipelines and instrumentation.
• Leverage tools such as SQL, Python/R, data visualization platforms, and experimentation platforms.

Marketing Analytics & Optimization

• Analyze customer acquisition funnels and marketing performance to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and conversion.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to design and evaluate campaign experiments

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role, preferably at a growth-stage tech company
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience setting up data pipelines, transforming data, and analyzing large datasets
• Deep experience with creating dashboards and providing analysis on product analytics and data visualization tools (Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar)
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and cohort analysis
• Experience with translating numerical findings into clear insights for non-technical team members
• Genuine passion for fitness, health, or wellness (we build for coaches so you need to understand their world)

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
• Experience in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) environment

This is not a feature-factory PM role.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to design and ship a product that turns messy, real-world logistics workflows into simple, trusted, intelligent software.

Who we’re looking for

You’re scrappy, systems-minded, and thrive in ambiguity.

• 3–5+ years shipping B2B SaaS products
• Experience building products from 0→1 (ideally for non-technical users)
• Comfortable operating in highly regulated or operationally complex industries
• Strong product instincts paired with structured thinking
• Bonus: logistics, supply chain, or fintech experience
• Early stage startup experience

You’re excited by turning operational chaos into elegant, intuitive systems.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product execution. from customer discovery and prioritization through delivery and launch
• Map messy, real-world logistics workflows into crisp product experiences
• Work closely with engineering to ship AI features operators trust defining quality bars for accuracy, confidence, and explainability
• Build the product foundation: instrumentation, metrics, release processes, and scalable systems
• Visit customers to deeply understand workflows and pain points
• Partner with GTM to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
