We're looking for a motivated Automation & Integration Engineer — full-time or intern — with a background in software engineering or coding. Easy Street Capital is looking for an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to provide loans for real estate investors looking for financing residential (1-10 unit) investment properties with DSCR Loans, RTL (Bridge/Fix And Flip) and Ground-Up SFR Construction Loans.
The ideal candidate will have sales and real estate experience and a strong interest and capability in conversion of inbound leads. Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. - 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
- A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
- A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
- 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
