Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and scheduling.
Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve key performance metrics (OEE, throughput, scrap reduction, on-time delivery, and cost control).
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations (e.g., SQF, FDA, ISO if applicable).
Partner with HR and department heads to hire, train, and develop team members—promoting a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and plant P&L management to ensure operational and financial targets are met.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and engineering teams to align production capabilities with customer demand and product innovation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, fostering a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to support business growth and service excellence.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership or general management role.
Proven experience in plastic extrusion, film converting, or flexible packaging manufacturing strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing production teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, Lean/Continuous Improvement principles, and production metrics reporting.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior CNC Machinist Programmer to join our dynamic team.
