General Summary of Position:

As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in SD-WAN networking and firewall management will be essential in proactively identifying and resolving network issues and implementing appropriate solutions. The ability to work independently and effectively manage a ticket queue is crucial to ensure timely response and resolution of network-related incidents. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Remotely troubleshoot managed service-related issues on support calls with Granite customers and/or field technicians

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  
• 1-2 years in a technical support related role, or equivalent experience
  
• Understanding of networking standards, OSI model, subnetting and routing protocols

The Opportunity

The Department of Physics at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for two full-time, nine-month, benefits-eligible, non-tenure earning lecturer positions, anticipated to start in August 2026.

We anticipate that one will be a Lecturer, and one available at the Lecturer or Associate Lecturer level, based on experience. Each position is renewable annually, with the possibility of summer teaching assignments. We seek candidates to teach large-enrollment sections of introductory physics courses, introductory physical science and astronomy courses for a variety of majors, as well as upper-division undergraduate courses in physics and astronomy. The successful applicant is expected to demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching and knowledge in curriculum and course design. Lecturers in the department typically have instructional duties and service assignments in accordance with the department's current equitable workload policy. Lecturers are encouraged to pursue independent research, including student research mentoring. Research, curriculum development, and other activities can reduce teaching assignments. The Utilities and Engineering Services at Facilities and Business Operations is seeking to hire an HVAC Specialist I to help maintain a safe, functional, clean, and efficient living and learning environment on campus. About the role:

Based in Orlando, Florida, this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. The Software Account Executive conducts greater than 50% of their work outside their home office.

• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.
• Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
• Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of related sales experience (7+ years is preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in an (outbound) full sales cycle role is required

• The ideal candidate will have experience in Enterprise-level sales (not a requirement)
• Strong industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Longwood, FL for an Estimator specializing in Painting, Waterproofing, Resinous Flooring, and Fireproofing. In this role, the Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements, preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, quantifying and identifying change orders and collaborating with project managers and clients. Responsibilities also include building relationships with vendors, and obtaining pricing form vendors.

Qualifications that would be of use

• Experience in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals for Painting, Waterproofing, Resinous Flooring, and Fireproofing projects.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for reviewing project specifications and establishing accurate budgets and timelines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor negotiations and client interactions.
• Solid knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry standards related to specialty contracting services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up Multifamily Construction, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout project.

Select Responsibilities:

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Experience with Ground up multifamily projects (garden and podium style)
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
