SUMMARY
As our Quality Engineer with at least 5 years in manufacturing to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards. Key expertise includes Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, AS9002:1994, ASQR-01, and aerospace quality systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary quality assurance resource to the manufacturing team for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
- Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents, and reports.
- Assist in process certification by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data, and making recommendations.
- Develop, execute, and analyze quality-reporting measures.
- Report to management on quality issues and trends.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques where appropriate to improve the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
- Understand and implement the requirements of AS9002:1994 and ASQR-01.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and ensure that the manufacturing process delivers products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, AS9002:1994, ASQR-01, and aerospace quality.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is preferred.

Position Overview
TECfusions is seeking a Commercial Attorney to join its growing legal team. This role will support the Chief General Counsel and broader business by providing legal guidance across financing, compliance, commercial contracts, energy-related matters, and construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited for attorneys with approximately 4–5 years of experience who are looking to expand their exposure within a fast-paced infrastructure and technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA), vendor contracts, services agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documents.
- Support financing activities by assisting with loan documentation, investment agreements, and related transactional materials.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
- Provide legal support on energy and infrastructure initiatives, including projects tied to power, utilities, and sustainable development.

Education

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
