The Equipment Engineer is responsible for tool maintenance and repair in the Semiconductor Fab. It coaches and supports other maintenance personnel within the organization. Organizes equipment spares and track usage to ensure no line down situations. This position requires flexible working hours and close collaboration with other equipment engineers and equipment technicians across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To coach a multi-disciplinary team of equipment engineers/technicians in the organization to perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure equipment reliability.
- To produce and maintain PM schedule.
- Overall strong equipment skills, both electrical and mechanical.
- To oversee modifications and upgrades of process equipment tools.
- To provide technical support in production equipment repairment.
- To maintain and track equipment downtime, failure modes, and spares inventory.
- To interface with vendors and contractors for tool installation, upgrades, maintenance and modifications.
- To write relevant documentation such as maintenance and recovery procedures.
- Candidate should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and be familiar with semiconductor fabrication processes and tools.

The summer program runs for a minimum commitment of 10 weeks. Criteria & Eligibility Requirements:
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university.
- Strong academic performance, often with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Relevant coursework or major related to the internship field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Some previous work experience (part-time, internship or volunteer) related to the department(s) of interest is strongly preferred.
- Depending on the internship, specific technical skills or certifications may be required.
- A genuine passion for sports and sports merchandise.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, typically for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with the necessary work visas.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and secure optimal HR support structure based on the overall development planning of the company; ensure employees are informed, engaged and proficient in the use of tools, systems, processes and policies
- Oversees the implementation and execution of company policies and SOPs;
- Talent management for key contributor and management positions, training and development programs employee knowledge and capability
- Evaluate, recommend and manage 3rd party recruitment outsourcing vendors as needed to fulfill talent acquisition needs.
- Liaison with department heads to lead and drive the execution of performance management processes.
- Manage employee relations related matters, including work injuries, workers compensation, employee complaints and conflict resolutions.
- Audit HR operation costs and control HR budget.
- Act as a strategic partner to work with Department Heads to build talent and develop people to achieve the company success strategically.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, administrative management and HRM related majors preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of operation management and HR management experience;
- Proficiency in basic office software;
- Communication & coordination skills, strong leadership & judgment decision-making abilities; strong planning and execution skills;
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking.
Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to the North American and Canadian business groups. The HR Manager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities managing employee relations and partnering with department managers on regulatory compliance, employee development and performance. They will also partner with other HR team members on long-term projects and provide support to the Global HR Leader. This position requires working onsite four days per week, with one remote day. The role will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager.
Essential Functions
- Support production, factory and corporate staff; coordinate, schedule and track temporary production staff as primary agency contact
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
- Respond to team member inquiries pertaining to company policies, PTO and other HR-related matters
- Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster positive employer-employee relations; conduct investigations as needed; ensure investigations are properly documented and reviewed with legal counsel
- Meet with department managers regularly to proactively discuss department planning, employee development, performance, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes for assigned business groups
- Manage the performance evaluation and salary increase process for assigned business groups; work with managers to ensure fairness and consistency
- Provide translation services for the team
- Maintain the organizational structure by working with managers to:
- Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
- Market price positions and review for internal / external equity
- Propose salary / pay adjustment recommendations
- Prepare salary / promotional increase letters
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews/attrition trends and make actionable recommendations based on data
- Run reports and conduct analyses in support of business decisions; leverage the custom reporting function in ADP
- Work with other functions both within (e.g., payroll, benefits) and outside of HR (e.g., finance, legal) to support business initiatives
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for the HR department
- Assist EHS and Facilities Manager and Sustainability department with audit requests and certification requests
- Lead new hire orientation
- Process new hires and all other updates in ADP as needed
- Act as back up for HR Assistant with onboarding of new hires
- Process employment verifications as needed
- Maintain employee files as needed
- All other responsibilities and projects as needed
Qualification
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete them independently with minimal assistance
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest and curiosity about learning all aspects of the business
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Must be able to multi-task; good time management skills

- Must be able to work 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F and additional hours when needed

Salary Range: $77,251 - $112,679.50
