As a Land Development and Entitlements Director- Build to Rent ("BTR") working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for understanding and executing all components of the land entitlements planning and development processes applicable to higher-density build to rent developments. These "horizontal apartment" developments include "villa" style single family homes built in a multi-family apartment-style setting.
