Salaries for this position range from $130,000 to $183,000 range, depending upon experience level and agreed-upon minimum hours, with significant bonus opportunities.
Compensation and classification are based on the extent of directly relevant legal experience.
While candidates with over five years of practice may apply, those without substantial relevant experience in the listed practice areas may be classified at a lower attorney level, with compensation commensurate to that level.
Conversely, candidates with exceptional relevant experience may be considered for a higher classification within our attorney structure.

Core responsibilities include: Advise clients on multi-jurisdictional privacy compliance strategies (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, HIPAA, GLBA, and emerging state laws) Draft and negotiate data processing agreements, privacy policies, and incident response plans Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage data mapping initiatives Lead data breach response efforts and coordinate with forensic teams and regulators Counsel on AI governance, biometric data, and emerging technology privacy issues Support M&A transactions with privacy due diligence and integration planning Advise on cross-border data transfers and international privacy frameworks Our client offers a collaborative, low-ego environment with strong mentorship, realistic partnership prospects, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.
