Job Details

Responsibilities -

+ Contribute to the mechanical design process for new construction and renovation projects, with exposure to mission-critical facilities
+ Assist with conceptual designs, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, and energy modeling
+ Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure code compliance, coordination, and constructability
+ Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits
+ Help track project quality, schedule, and budget requirements
+ Engage with clients to understand design needs and contribute to solution development
+ Continue building technical and project management skills while working closely with senior engineers

Qualifications -

+ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
+ 3–5 years of experience in the MEP industry
+ EIT certification required; PE license is a plus (or actively pursuing licensure)
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines
Preferred:
+ Revit experience
+ Interest in community-centered design
