Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate an understanding of complex tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations; Performs a detailed review of the team’s work to ensure quality, thoroughness and completion of assignment tasks within agreed time frames.

Project manages one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project.

Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels.

Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assignment tasks.

Successfully directs and maintains a motivated and empowered work team.

Thoroughly and accurately analyze information.

Initiate development of recommendations and implementation of plans.

Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or a related field (an advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable).

A minimum of 3 years of relevant tax experience (Big firm experience preferred); CPA preferred.
