The Role We Want You For
As a Preconstruction Cost Manager, you will be assisting in the development and management of the project financial strategy within the Preconstruction Phase. The Specifics of the Role

- Update and reporting to management current preconstruction staff spend including project costs which are reimbursable to our clients under a preconstruction agreement.

- Responsible for cost engineering, cost estimation, cost analysis, and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for proposal estimating activities which require a moderate degree of technical skill and experience.

- Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the cost and forecast reporting.
Requirements

The Role We Want You For
As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, specifically quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on highly complex projects nationwide. The Assistant Superintendent will have input in the planning and oversight of the job including scheduling of manpower, obtaining tools and materials needed, filing permits and other documents, and advising on budget expenditures. • Develops and implements performance measurement and safety criteria through technology; provides oversight of inspection and investigation follow-up processes, including corrective action plans and recommendations from inspections and investigations.
• Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff.
Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval.
Ensures ongoing professional development for all direct reports, including identifying pertinent training opportunities and encouraging active participation in safety professional societies.

• Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) training certifications (TSSP) preferred.
• Must possess a valid Illinois driver’s license.
• Successful completion required of Rail Accident Investigation, Bus Collision Investigation and Traffic Investigation I and II preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time and constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Job Summary: As an Industrial Key Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic development and sales growth within HellermannTyton's Industrial Automation market, with a key focus on Factory and Manufacturing Automation. What You'll Bring
