Paralegal - Trust Administration and Probate
Rhoades Levy Law Group P.C. ("RLLaw"), a Northbrook, Illinois-based law firm, is seeking a paralegal with significant experience in trust administration and probate to join its rapidly growing and highly collaborative law firm.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently managing trust administration and probate matters from beginning to end in collaboration with and with the support of the responsible attorneys in our busy practice areas.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience with trusts and estate administration
- Familiarity with procedures of probate courts, taxing authorities, and regulatory agencies

Total compensation for this position at the time of the posting is $60,000—$85,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including, without limitation, qualifications, experience, skill set, and performance.

We are seeking two Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale industrial manufacturing projects across North America. These are high-visibility roles overseeing complex initiatives ranging from $1M–$35M in scope.
Location: Fully remote, with strong preference for candidates based near a major airport hub — Chicago (Northbrook preferred), Atlanta, Northern NJ, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, or Los Angeles.
Travel: ~50% (U.S. & Mexico). No extended weekend stays expected.
Role Overview
1⃣ Bilingual Senior Project Manager (Spanish Required)
One hire must be fully bilingual (near-native Spanish & English) and will lead significant consolidation initiatives in Mexico, including plant combinations, regulatory/permitting coordination, workforce transitions, and operational ramp-ups.
This individual will interact with government officials and executive leadership and must operate confidently in politically sensitive environments.
2⃣ Senior Project Manager – North America Focus

What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of Project Management experience in industrial manufacturing

Responsibilities Engage with business users to gather requirements and understand functional needs for data products and reporting.
Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Fabric pipelines, notebooks, and SQL Gather, process, and model raw data at scale to support analytical and operational use cases, including scripts, REST calls, and SQL queries.
Perform cost optimization and governance over Fabric capacities and workspaces to ensure efficient resource usage.
Partner with software developers and analysts to ensure reliable, performant data delivery across Fabric workloads.
Build analytics-ready data sets and tools using Fabric Lakehouse/Warehouse to drive insights around customer acquisition, operations, and business KPIs Develop optimized SQL for Fabric Warehouse and Lakehouse engines Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for Fabric-based data modeling and engineering.
Own end‑to‑end project delivery includes communication, development, testing, migration, support, and documentation.
Perform pipeline and query performance tuning across Fabric workloads Analyze trends and patterns in data and transform them into actionable recommendations for the business.
Participate in defining best practices around Data models development and deliverables.

- $152,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Job Description Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software in their technical area and toolset of the application.
Work closely with configuration analysts to understand business requirements and scope and to transform business system designs into bug-free application software.
Plan and execute unit tests to ensure all business rules in the functional designs and technical options in the technical design are properly covered by the application.
Create technical designs, program code and unit test based on functional requirement design, adhering to departmental development, testing and documentation standards.
Possess and apply experience and knowledge of different development options to evaluate multiple alternatives and determine the optimal technical solution for Medline.
Understand development framework, application architecture and technical architecture to create solutions that fit into the overall system landscape.

Available as on-call support for critical issues during non-working hours as documented in team support schedule.
Consider data sensitivity and process control to determine security and user authorization impacts.

Job Requirements PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Converting designs and functional documentation into ABAP code using SAP technologies to fulfill business requirements.
(2) Working with ABAP including structured programming, object-oriented programming, dialog programming, user exits, etc.
(3) Working independently on high complexity designs and programs including SAP related tools and technologies, such as ABAP, HANA database objects, OData, CDS views, Adobe Forms, APIs, and ABAP Units.
(4) Facilitating design meetings with users, management and architects to analyze and solve production problems and generate solutions for various requirements to enhance business processes.
