Position Summary:
Working within the Document Control Department, this person will analyze and review engineering and documentation additions and changes for accuracy, completeness and compliance to company and customer’s requirements. Duties will include creating part numbers for assemblies, fabricated and commercial parts. In addition, this position will be responsible for creating and altering multilevel BOMs, and submitting Engineering Change Orders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generate Bill of Materials and Routings, assigning documentation and/or part/program numbers as applicable, device history records, and issuance of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure that proper procedures are being followed when making changes, additions and deletions.
- Maintain the Change Control Process. This includes the preparation of change requests, insuring the appropriate functional reviews and sign-off, and maintaining the records of the changes. Post changes to computerized or manual records, release documents, and notify affected departments.
- Consult with engineers, managers, and sales to prepare documents and change requests. Work with document originators to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain established data distribution system and expedite review, signature approval, and release of documentation in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain active, obsolete, and computerized files which support the documentation system.
- Participate in the training of new Engineers on how to use our systems.
- Participate in the development of new processes and in and process and system improvement projects.
- Development of a Master Data Management Tool together with the global team to streamline processes.

Role Summary:
The Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) is accountable for global ownership of NXP’s strategic relationship with the Automotive OEM, spanning all regions, vehicle platforms, and program lifecycles. This role leads NXP’s commercial, technical, and executive engagement, aligning NXP’s automotive portfolio with Automotive OEM’s vehicle architecture strategy, electrification roadmap, and software‑defined vehicle vision.
The GKAM acts as the single point of accountability for the Automotive OEM worldwide, driving revenue growth, design‑win expansion, long‑term supply agreements, and executive governance while mobilizing NXP’s global matrix organization to deliver sustained, profitable growth.
Global Automotive OEM Account Ownership
- Own and execute the global account strategy for Automotive OEM, covering all vehicle platforms, regions, and business units
- Develop and maintain a multi‑year Automotive OEM Customer Business Plan aligned to NXP’s automotive growth priorities, design‑win targets, and margin objectives
- Serve as the primary executive interface between NXP and Automotive OEM, engaging senior leaders across engineering, purchasing, program management, and executive leadership

- Drive global revenue growth and market‑share expansion at the Automotive OEM by identifying, qualifying, and closing design‑in opportunities across entire NXP portfolio including:

Commercial Leadership & Negotiation
- Drive value-based selling by effectively positioning solution value and differentiation
- Lead global pricing strategy, RFQs, LTAs, and executive‑level commercial negotiations with Automotive OEM’s Global Purchasing & Supply Chain
- Ensure disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM accuracy for all Automotive OEM related opportunities
- Monitor Automotive OEM’s cost targets, sourcing strategies, and competitive dynamics to inform negotiation tactics and value positioning
Cross‑Functional & Matrix Leadership
- Orchestrate global teams including regional account managers, FAEs, product marketing, engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain
- Represent the Automotive OEM internally within NXP, ensuring alignment across business lines and rapid resolution of quality, logistics, or supply‑continuity issues
- Lead global account governance, executive reviews, and joint business planning sessions with the Automotive OEM
Executive Engagement & Trusted Partnership
- Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with Automotive OEM’s senior leadership
- Position NXP as a strategic technology partner, not just a component supplier
- Advocate the Automotive OEM’s priorities internally while balancing NXP’s commercial and strategic objectives
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (EE preferred)
- 12–15+ years of experience in automotive semiconductor sales, marketing, or global key account management
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing high-performance teams
- Proven success managing large, complex OEM accounts or similar global automotive manufacturers
- Experience selling MPU/MCU or other processor products or software/ecosystem preferred
- Executive‑level negotiation, influence, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Technically adept understanding of hardware and software and how businesses can leverage NXP to deliver better end products

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Instrumentation and Calibration Engineer has the responsibility for ensuring the site’s production instruments are operating at optimal levels and properly maintained to data collection in an FDA regulated environment. The position will be primarily responsible for ensuring all instruments are maintained in a calibrated state. Additionally, the Engineer will support general troubleshooting of production equipment/utilities, and asset management.
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
- Shall adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, EPA, OSHA, and related safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Support the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program through the creation of new PM tasks, evaluation of existing PMs for technical relevance to current asset problems.
- Help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, engineering analyses, PM and calibration tasks, that adhere to FDA and cGMP requirements.
- Support the management of the calibrations on production instruments, such as temperature sensors (RTDs/resistance thermometers), pressure sensors (electronic manometers, gauges), and other transmitters.
- Support root cause investigations to a detailed level required for an FDA regulated/cGMP environment, and translate these root causes to effective CAPAs that mitigate equipment risk.
- Assesses and monitors equipment for reliability of operation implementing necessary improvements
- Maintains system classification of incoming equipment with the system owner. Duties may include assembly of supplier operating and maintenance manuals, installation and operational qualification.
- Translate data from Root Cause Centered Maintenance (RCCM) data to support Autonomous Maintenance program. Train Operations personnel in Autonomous Maintenance.
- Maintain calibration records, and qualification of calibration contractor.
- Manages risk to achieve organization's strategic objectives in areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production.
- Conducts risk analyses routinely when production equipment is functioning outside of expected parameters
- Develops Total Cost of Ownership, Mean Time to Failure, Life Cycle Cost, Mean Time to Repair, specific to critical equipment in the production areas.
- Runs process improvement projects from design thru implementation. Apply Root Cause Centered Maintenance (RCCM) to develop improved preventive maintenance tasks.
- Executes changes through to completion, from initiation of change controls to revising SWIs, coordinating work with Maintenance/Engineering, etc., to close out of CCs
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization
- Participates in and execute qualification and validation of equipment and processes
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 3 years of experience in a related or similar field, or
- Associate’s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline and at least 5 years of experience.

- Previous interaction with Suppliers, APQP, PMEA, and other Quality standards in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate usage of lean manufacturing concepts.
- A.S.Q. certified Quality Engineer strongly preferred. Internal Auditor a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Quality data collection/reporting, and ERP software (e.g., QAD, SAP or similar systems.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

About the Role
The Sales Manager – North America is responsible for leading revenue generation across the U.S. market, with direct accountability for annual sales performance, customer acquisition, and pipeline development. This role is critical to MyBull’s overseas branch growth plan and reports directly to the General Manager of the U.S. branch. The Sales Manager will manage the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and solution development to contract negotiation and account expansion — while coordinating with HQ and technical teams to ensure delivery success. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring strong execution skills, market knowledge, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Performance
- Develop and execute the company’s annual and quarterly sales plans for North America
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs, as aligned with HQ performance metrics
- Track, forecast, and report sales performance using CRM tools and structured reporting
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline using company-approved sales systems (e.g., “333” rule or equivalent)
Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in AGV, AMR, warehouse automation, and logistics sectors
- Build long-term customer relationships, ensuring contract renewals and expansion opportunities
- Lead the customer engagement process from technical qualification to final contract
- Coordinate with Applications Engineers and Technical Support teams to ensure delivery readiness
Market Strategy & Commercial Leadership
- Support HQ and GM in developing regional market entry strategies and commercial pricing
- Provide competitive intelligence, positioning input, and feedback on customer needs
- Influence product and service offering based on real-time market feedback
Industry & Product Knowledge
- Maintain a working knowledge of MyBull’s product portfolio, technical differentiators, and use cases
- Stay current on industry trends, automation technologies, and customer buying behavior
- Communicate complex technical solutions in clear business terms
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, logistics, or adjacent sectors
Required Skills
Technical & Market Knowledge
- Familiarity with AGVs, AMRs, 3D SLAM navigation, machine vision, or mobile robotics solutions
- Proven ability to translate technical features into commercial value for buyers
Sales & Business Acumen
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Experience managing long sales cycles, solution selling, and high-value contract negotiation
- Strong judgment, customer focus, and the ability to drive regional go-to-market execution
