Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize plant operational management systems, including SOPs, TPM, MES, and related systems.

We are looking for a Tooling Supervisor to lead a team of journeyman toolmakers and apprentices supporting injection molding operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned toolmaker with strong leadership capabilities, hands‑on technical expertise, and a solid understanding of injection molding processes.
