We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Louisville Regional Office. This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting in direct support of our outside sales team.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through consistent outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You’ll introduce prospective clients to Jani-King’s services, uncover facility needs, and schedule in-person meetings for our outside sales team.

Based out of our Louisville Regional Office, you’ll engage decision-makers across Louisville, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, Middletown, Shively, New Albany, and surrounding markets. Every call you make helps lay the groundwork for long-term client relationships and enables our outside sales team to deliver solutions that keep local organizations clean, healthy, and operating smoothly.

Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed daily outreach goals. You’ll work closely with regional leadership and outside sales to ensure a seamless handoff from first conversation to closed business—directly supporting Jani-King’s continued growth across Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach: Connect daily with targeted businesses across the Louisville region through outbound calls, email touches, and follow-ups—opening conversations, building rapport, and converting activity into qualified opportunities while consistently hitting performance goals.
• Engage & Qualify: Establish credibility quickly, ask smart discovery questions, and uncover facility challenges where Jani-King’s solutions add real value.
• Appointment Setting: Secure qualified, high-value appointments for the outside sales team, capturing clear notes and expectations to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Lead Follow-Up: Nurture warm leads from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, events, and previous outreach to keep the pipeline moving.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with outside sales to align on territory priorities, share insights, and continuously refine outreach strategies.
• Professional Representation: Serve as the voice of Jani-King—bringing professionalism, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction.
• Results Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, using data and feedback to continuously improve performance.

Job position: USA Plant Manager

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Kentucky manufacturing facility, overseeing both high-volume assembly production and CNC machining operations.

This position will play a critical role in scaling operations, optimizing performance, and building a strong manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize plant operational management systems, including SOPs, TPM, MES, and related systems.
• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products meet required standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead daily plant operations, including assembly production lines and CNC machining.
• Drive performance targets across safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
• Oversee CNC machining operations (multi-axis machining centers, EDM, etc.).
• Improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and increase equipment utilization (OEE).
• Manage production supervisors, engineers, technicians, and manufacturing teams.
• Control plant operating budget and manufacturing costs.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in plant or operations leadership.
• Direct experience managing CNC machining operations.
• Experience in high-volume assembly manufacturing preferred.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Plant startup or facility expansion experience.
• ERP / MES /digital manufacturing system experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, and process improvement.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Tooling Supervisor to lead a team of journeyman toolmakers and apprentices supporting injection molding operations. In this role, you’ll oversee tooling maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement efforts to maximize machine uptime, reduce scrap, and uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned toolmaker with strong leadership capabilities, hands‑on technical expertise, and a solid understanding of injection molding processes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a group of journeymen toolmakers and apprentices.
• Supervise tooling functions and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities for tooling components.
• Maximize uptime of all injection molding tooling and minimize wear, breakage, and scrap.
• Maintain key suppliers and spare part inventories.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Tooling Engineers, and Process Engineers to provide input on tooling concepts and manufacturing capability.
• Read and interpret blueprints or work from verbal/written instructions.
• Document and maintain records of tooling maintenance, repair, and modifications.
• Coordinate operational plans including cost reduction goals and quality-delivery-cost targets.
• Inspect tooling using precision measuring and gauging tools before, during, and after machining.
• Perform hand operations to produce jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies.
• Conduct minor installation and repair of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and improve team performance.
• Apply solid understanding of injection molding processing, including scientific molding concepts.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).
• 5–9 years of experience with tooling, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor/Leader
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, climb, and lift as needed.
