Job Description

Remittance Specialists are responsible for processing payroll files with participant contributions, handling incoming and outgoing communication via phone and email, solving client issues, and assisting other team members.


The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, detailed, and have strong commitment to working as a team.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare Excel payroll files from clients for disbursement of funds to service providers.
  • Communicate regularly with payroll staff via phone and email to ensure accurate data is exchanged and any errors corrected. Specialists must provide timely response with clients, and quick problem solving.
  • Work in partnership with banking specialists to support assigned clients.
  • Process payroll files through database
  • Review reports for inaccuracy and contact clients for clarification as needed.
  • Send, track, and follow-up on correspondences from clients and participants.
  • Resolve complex issues that require research and investigation.
  • Input data into system platforms and keep records updated.
  • Communicate effectively at various levels within the company and clients alike.
  • Regularly attend department and company meetings and training sessions.
  • Receive and process files in preparation for distribution of funds (Elective and Non-elective Funds).
  • Research and correct exceptions/differences identified through validation process.
  • Process checks (two check-runs per week)
  • Communicate via email and phone with clients to ensure appropriate notification and completion of files processed.

Job Description

The Transaction Processing Team is responsible for accurately entering and processing retirement plan transaction requests within the 403(b)/457 industry. This includes service provider form entry, as well as processing participant transactions such as distributions, loans, hardships, transfers, and other plan-related activities. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Manufacturing Operations to oversee the end-to-endmanufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations for high-reliability power electronics and control systems. This senior leadership role is essential for delivering mission-critical products to highly regulated industries, including semiconductor equipment, medical devices, and aerospace/defense, where precision, compliance, and reliability are paramount.The ideal candidate will act as a "player-coach," blending high-level strategic oversight with hands-on operational management to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of electronics assembly, final box build, functional testing, and burn-in processes to ensure 100% reliability of power electronics and control units built to IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001).
  • Manage the value-add engineering panel and sub-assembly shop, translating custom engineering requirements into high-quality products while optimizing labor, equipment, and resource utilization to handle fluctuating demand across market sectors.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, strategies, and process improvements to meet targets, reduce cycle times, and eliminate waste in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume environment.
  • Lead the Quality Management System (QMS), including internal audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary lead for maintaining and renewing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100 certifications, ensuring audit readiness and representation during external registrar or customer audits.
  • Enforce cascading requirements, such as "Copy Exact!" (CE!) protocols for semiconductor clients, flow-downs of contractual terms, and adherence to industry standards like FDA, NADCAP, and customer-specific regulations.
  • Manage strategic relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, including identification, auditing, and oversight for critical components, PCBA fabrication, and services.
  • Direct all materials management, including procurement, shipping/receiving, kitting, inventory control (e.g., cycle counting and warehouse organization), and alignment with production schedules to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for long lead times, component obsolescence, and supply chain disruptions common in the power electronics industry.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across production, engineering, logistics, procurement, and quality functions, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other initiatives to enhance competitive positioning, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets, analyze manufacturing execution issues, and implement solutions to ensure consistent product delivery and operational excellence.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in operations or manufacturing management within the electronics industry, with a proven track record in power electronics, industrial controls, or similar high-reliability products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of power electronics (high voltage/current), control systems, electronic test methodologies, and standards like IPC-A-610.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as semiconductor (Copy Exact), medical (FDA/ISO 13485), or aerospace/defense (AS9100/NADCAP).
  • Direct experience managing ISO certifications, rigorous change control, and QMS oversight.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of soldering and inspection standards (e.g., J-STD-001) preferred
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and strategies for scaling operations in electronics manufacturing preferred.


Work Environment:

  • This role involves a combination of office-based strategic planning and hands-on oversight on the manufacturing floor, which may include exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery requiring personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Occasional lifting or handling of equipment up to 50 lbs may be required, along with standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Travel (up to 20%) may be necessary for supplier audits, customer meetings, or industry conferences.
  • The position is primarily onsite to support operational needs, with potential for limited hybrid flexibility depending on business requirements

CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV

The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements.

Level expectations include:

  • RN Level II: Minimum 6 months RN experience; AAS in Nursing; completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 3 activities per pillar (Leadership, Quality, Organizational Contribution), 9 CEUs, and 6 flex items.
  • RN Level III: Minimum 1 year RN experience; AAS in Nursing; demonstrated clinical and leadership skills; preceptor and/or charge experience; completion of 4 activities per pillar, 12 CEUs, and 15 flex items.
  • RN Level IV: Minimum 1 year experience in the specialty hired into; BS in Nursing required; expanded leadership role (charge, preceptor, mentor); completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 5 activities per pillar, 15 CEUs, and 20 flex items.

OUR UNIT:

4300 is a 20 bed, medical surgical unit with the additional specialty of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD). This unit cares for general medical patients with varying conditions and any patient who requires peritoneal dialysis (PD) during their hospital admission. All RN & LPNs are required to become PD competent through our hospital training course. RRH reimburses or pays for this competency for our nurses.

Nursing staff are responsible for assessing patients, passing medications, and following provider orders for patient specific tasks. 4300 is a wonderful unit to start or continue your nursing career as you will see a variety of medical conditions, treatment plans, and nursing skills. We provide multidisciplinary support with daily care team rounding and geographically assigned teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care
  • Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient).
  • Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team. Utilizes all available resources in order to meet the needs of the patient and family.
  • Develops and documents plan of care, treatment and services which is individualized and appropriate for the patient needs, strengths, limitations and goals.
  • Complies with organizational policies, procedures and protocols including policies governing safety, medication administration and documentation.
  • Revises plan of care based on ongoing evaluations and updates documentation appropriately.
  • Completes at least one clinical research utilization (CRU) form for submission to Nursing Research Department utilizing a research article from the last 5 years from research performed in the United States.
    Compliance
  • Completes a minimum of 5 nationally approved contact hours (CNE or CEU) per year.
  • Completes mandatory in-services and health screens in timely manner.
  • Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
