Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. They craft and tune player advancement and rewards across the entire game.
You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. You'll mentor other designers, establish best practices, and ensure the systems design team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that support both gameplay and business goals.

Reports: This position will report to Game Director.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the vision and execution of player progression, meta systems, and engagement loops across single and multiplayer experiences.
- Define and drive KPIs for progression systems that align with player satisfaction and business goals.
- Mentor and guide systems designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Own major feature areas from concept through implementation, ensuring quality and consistency across the game.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, art, UX, and production to ensure systems are well-integrated and technically feasible.
- Establish and evangelize best practices for systems design, documentation, and tool usage.
- Anticipate and resolve design challenges, proactively improving workflows and pipelines.
- Playtest and iterate on systems regularly, using data and player feedback to refine and optimize.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on systems design and progression.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring designers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Shipped at least one AAA title with significant ownership of progression or meta systems.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement strategies, and content pacing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on tool development and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Strategic mindset, balancing creative vision with technical and business constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine, including scripting and integration into production pipelines.
- Strong technical scripting skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000
- Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.

Leidos QTC Medical Services, Inc., operating under the brand name Leidos QTC Health Services, is seeking Behavioral Health Counselors to provide non-medical, solution-focused counseling services under a federal government contract. Services are preventive in nature including goal-oriented counseling sessions to help with stress management and coping strategies, support during life transitions (e.g., relocation, school changes, family adjustments), communication and relationship skill-building, assessment of needs and referral to medical or clinical providers when appropriate. These services are solution-focused and designed to strengthen resilience, readiness, and overall well-being.
This position supports a structured program operating out of your own in-clinic environment or specific community-based and office settings. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and adherence to federal guidelines and contract requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Current, active, unrestricted, and independent clinical license in good standing issued by a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory (e.g., LCSW, LPC/LPCC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist), meeting all applicable state practice requirements and scope-of-practice standards.
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal contract compliance)
- Ability to successfully pass all required background investigations and meet credentialing requirements, including verifying licensure, certifications, education, work history, and payer-specific documentation.
- Ability to meet physical and environmental demands of community-based service delivery

Saint Agnes Medical Providers has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Family Medicine Core Residency Faculty position located in Fresno, California.
The ideal candidate will serve as a core faculty member in both the outpatient continuity clinic and the inpatient newborn nursery, contributing to the comprehensive education of Family Medicine residents and medical students. This role combines direct clinical teaching, scholarly engagement, and meaningful participation in residency program governance and development. The candidate is expected to maintain their own continuity patient panel and provide ongoing supervision in both ambulatory and inpatient settings. They will deliver didactic teaching during resident half-day education sessions and participate in structured academic activities that support resident development and program excellence.
Core responsibilities include:
- Outpatient continuity clinic and urgent care teaching with residents and medical students, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
- Maintaining a personal panel of continuity patients
- Supervising inpatient teaching rounds in the newborn nursery on a rotating basis every 4–5 weeks, Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 19:00
- Participating in educational didactic half-days on Wednesdays from 13:00 to 17:00
- Providing remote faculty supervision of residents for after-hours clinic call
- Participating in the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC), which assesses resident progression and advancement
- Participating in the Program Evaluation Committee (PEC), which oversees curriculum development and program improvement
- Completing written and verbal evaluations of residents and medical students
- Supervising residents on the mobile health unit
- Engaging in scholarly activities, including but not limited to research, case reports, publications, and quality improvement projects in collaboration with residents and/or medical students
The candidate must be eligible for hospital credentialing to provide inpatient newborn care. Inpatient obstetrics coverage is not required. However, if desired, there may be opportunities for occasional coverage of the adult inpatient teaching service. In such cases, the candidate must also qualify for privileges in adult inpatient medicine.
Education and Experienced Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, with successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency program, and possession of an unrestricted medical license issued by the Medical Board of California
- Demonstrated experience in the comprehensive outpatient care of adults, geriatrics, children, and newborns, with recent and meaningful involvement in the teaching of residents and/or medical students
- Clinical experience in the inpatient management of both adult and newborn patients.
- Current board certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
