We are seeking Concrete Finishers to work on our RiverRenew water/wastewater treatment project in Alexandria, VA. Required work will be from elevated heights.

Patch large concrete structures.

• Slab/floor finishing
• Utilizing screeds/floats and finishing machines
• Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete.
• Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms.
• Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel.
• Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping.
• Smooths and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete.
• Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish.
• Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.
• Molds expansion joints and edges.
• Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish.
• Produces rough concrete surface with broom.
• Mixes cement with hoe or concrete-mixing machine.
• Use of hand tools such as; hoe, trowel, tamper, and scraper.
• Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces.

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Overview

The Paralegal supports attorneys by performing substantive legal work under supervision. The Paralegal drafts and analyzes legal documents, compiles and applies technical information, and provides well-reasoned recommendations to attorneys. Core Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Support

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices, interrogatories, and affidavits
• Prepare first drafts of legal documents — substantive drafting, not formatting
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, witness binders, and table of contents/authorities (TOC/TOA)
• Compile and organize trial notebooks and coordinate scheduling of witnesses
• Prepare summaries of depositions, court transcripts, and witness testimony
