The Role We Want You For

The Project Manager will be based on the construction project site. In this role you will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. You will work as part of a team to provide the best solutions on design-build projects anywhere from $20 million to over $200 million.


The Specifics of the Role

  • Participate with project team and preconstruction services in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
  • Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
  • Assist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors.
  • Maintain understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract.
  • Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process.
  • Assist in generation of project costs and Job Cost Report.
  • Contribute to the analyzing and forecast of quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
  • Monitor and record training of all staff personnel.
  • Monitor project labor.
  • Report and track equipment needs.
  • Assist preconstruction services in bidding projects.
  • Implement applicable safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs.
  • Participate in the project’s quality process.
  • Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
  • 5 -10 years of experience managing construction projects ($25+ million) ideally design-build.
  • Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Previous experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
  • Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
  • Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.

The Role We Want You For

As an Energy Marshal, you will oversee and manage the energy program, ensuring the safe and efficient use of all energy sources on-site. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining compliance, implementing safety protocols, and supporting operational teams throughout the project. This role requires a very strong electrical background due to the complexity of the systems, testing, and commissioning work involved.


The Specifics of the Role

  • Partner with Operations, Safety and Environmental Teams to secure program compliance controlling hazardous energy.
  • Ensure appropriate inspection and testing documents are complete prior to energization of equipment and gear on project sites. Coordinate with the QC department.
  • Utilize SPS-101 Energy Isolation Guidebook in conjunction with NFPA 70E as the foundation for the site energy program.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure the energy isolation program is being followed and to maintain safe working conditions across the project site.
  • Manage routine meetings, participating in High-Risk Activity discussions, to update Project and Operations teams on program issues, risks, and progress.
  • Create and manage reports to present updates to management teams.
  • Train new and existing team members on energy program requirements to ensure site safety.
  • Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager to establish commissioning sequences and testing plans.
  • Manage the site Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or 10+ years’ experience in the Electrical Trade.
  • Master Electrician license strongly preferred.
  • NETA Level 3 or Level 4 certification highly preferred, indicating advanced expertise in electrical gear, testing, and system performance.
  • 10–15 years of experience with MEP systems, with a heavy emphasis on electrical systems and managing hazardous energy in large, complex construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • NFPA 70E Certification.
  • NFPA CESCP Certification a plus.
  • Strong experience with MV/HV systems, electrical testing, verification, and commissioning activities.
  • Data center experience a plus.
  • Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and navigate multi-floor scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Strong preference for candidates with deep electrical backgrounds — mechanical knowledge can be learned on the job, but advanced electrical expertise is essential.

Services are preventive in nature including goal-oriented counseling sessions to help with stress management and coping strategies, support during life transitions (e.g., relocation, school changes, family adjustments), communication and relationship skill-building, assessment of needs and referral to medical or clinical providers when appropriate.  These services are solution-focused and designed to strengthen resilience, readiness, and overall well-being. 


This position supports a structured program operating out of your own in-clinic environment or specific community-based and office settings.  This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and adherence to federal guidelines and contract requirements.  


LQTC is experiencing rapid growth and is actively expanding our provider network. We are currently seeking individuals who are based in, or interested in working in El Paso, TX.



  • Deliver face-to-face, non-medical counseling services to eligible participants in accordance with contract requirements 
  • Provide brief, solution-focused interventions addressing life transitions such as relocation, school changes, deployment-related adjustments, and family stressors 
  • Conduct outreach activities, psychoeducational briefings, workshops, and group discussions 
  • Assess participant needs and provide appropriate referrals to medical, clinical, or community resources when issues exceed the scope of non-medical counseling 
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with contract standards and reporting requirements 
  • Establish and maintain a visible, professional presence within assigned government or community sites 
  • Identify and communicate program trends, systemic concerns, and service delivery issues to program leadership 
  • Participate in required training, quality assurance activities, and professional development in accordance with contract standards 

Required Qualifications:



  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Current, active, unrestricted, and independent clinical license in good standing issued by a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory (e.g., LCSW, LPC/LPCC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist), meeting all applicable state practice requirements and scope-of-practice standards. 
  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal contract compliance) 
  • Ability to successfully pass all required background investigations and meet credentialing requirements, including verifying licensure, certifications, education, work history, and payer-specific documentation. 
  • Ability to meet physical and environmental demands of community-based service delivery
