POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Superintendent is a critical field leadership position and is foundational to our projects’ success and safety. The Superintendent will oversee construction of the project in the field, providing leadership to field foremen and ensuring successful completion of trade work. The Superintendent will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of construction process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with bidding opportunities and preconstruction services, development of chart of accounts, CPM schedules, detailed scopes of work and site logistics plan and with the shop drawing and submittal process
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents
- Manage McCarthy’s labor force to achieve optimum performance, providing leadership in the quality process and safety/accident prevention programs, as well as EEO and Affirmative Action programs
- Review and understand material/equipment budgets and negotiate purchase orders/rental rates, monitoring project costs and identifying areas for improvement
- Document daily construction activities
- Chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years’ experience with $50M+ projects in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, aviation, education, and/or parking structures construction required
- Knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Experience directing and coordinating trades with self-perform concrete background preferred

Role Purpose:
The Marketing & Communications Manager will serve as T2EARTH’s primary in-house marketing lead, responsible for executing marketing initiatives across content creation, digital channels, and marketing analytics.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution and measurable results. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to translate company priorities into structured marketing initiatives, while managing digital campaigns, HubSpot marketing tools, and performance reporting.
The role will coordinate internally with Sales, R&D, and Operations and externally with PR firms, media contacts, and marketing partners to support brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy, Operations and Analytics
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, brand visibility, and lead generation objectives
- Manage marketing operations in HubSpot, including campaign setup, email automation, landing pages, and lead management workflows
- Develop and maintain HubSpot reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing contribution to the sales pipeline
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, improve campaign targeting, and optimize marketing ROI

Content Creation & Communications

Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or integrated marketing

As the Vice President of Finance, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and play a critical, wide-ranging role within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Cabin Rebrand Engineer will be part of the Cabin Rebrand team responsible for transforming aircraft cabin interiors to align with updated brand standards. This role supports the engineering conversion process through development and execution of Engineering Work Packages.
The position involves design development, regulatory compliance validation, documentation, and implementation of cabin interior upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and produce engineering programs, repairs, inspections, and alterations related to aircraft cabin interiors, including:
- Seats
- Lavatories
- Galleys
- Support maintenance and operational departments in executing cabin modification tasks.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Materials teams to coordinate programs, repairs, and modifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position has primary responsibility for investigation, review, and completion of all Quality Engineering complaint issue analysis tasks utilizing various quality system inputs.
Review individual complaints and associated service data to determine risk level and complete investigation into the as determined problem code and cause codes for each complaint.
Analyze data from various quality inputs (including but not limited to: Field Corrective Action (FCA), Complaints, FDA Medical Device Reports (MDR), etc.) to determine trends and systemic issues.
Prepare and issue reports based on information analysis.
Review existing investigation reports and identify gaps for GMP compliance.
Develop strategies and plans to close the gaps in an efficient and technical manner.
