Facility is seeking Primary Care physicians to help expand and accommodate the growing needs

• Join an established network of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics MD/DO providers and APPs.
• Flexible schedule ? open to Full Time or Part Time work | protected admin time at least ? day/week
• Low call volumes ? pager only shared by all providers/group | PCN: RN triage support
• Teaching Opportunities with learners of all levels ? potential precepting opportunities w/ Residents, medical students, APP students, nursing students, and more
• Support for continuing education and other resources available
• Competitive compensation $210-220K base salary range w/ potential productivity incentives, RVU or quality bonus structure, negotiable retention bonus, relocation, 9 holidays/22 days PTO (on average), med malpractice w/ tail coverage, CME allotment plus protected time for conferences

Our client, a well-established and highly respected AM Law 200 firm, is looking to add a Trusts & Estates Junior Partner to their growing team in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Working with high-net-worth clients and business clients on estate, gift and GST tax planning
• Business succession planning
• General estate and trust planning
• Transactional work, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and operating, shareholder, and other owner agreements.
• Forming and structuring business entities
• Quantifying tax impacts of estate and business succession plans
• Supervising the preparation of accountings and estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns and addressing procedural and disputed matters.
• Will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, referral sources, and other attorneys within the firm.

Candidates must have the following experience/credentials:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• LLM in tax a plus
• A minimum of 5-7 years of Trusts & Estates experience in a law firm setting
• Must be admitted to practice in New York State.
• Admittance to also practice in Florida a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience, skill level and portable book of business.
