This role will focus on setting up validation tests, executing lab testing, and analyzing test data for new product introductions (NPI) and second-source power electronic components.
The reliability and performance of our power electronics systems are critical to maintaining industry leadership in locomotive and mining technology.

Test Development & Setup
- Develop and set up test environments in the Erie Power Electronics Lab.
- Design and develop test plans, procedures, and fixtures for new and existing power electronic products.

Test Execution
