Overview
We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis in support of strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Accounting and business leaders, ensuring financial accuracy, actionable insights, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple departments
Build and maintain financial models to project business performance and growth
Analyze trends, KPIs, and variances; provide actionable insights to leadership
Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations
Partner with Accounting on month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and GAAP compliance
Support audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies
Strengthen internal controls and support risk management initiatives

Requirements

The SOW MSP Specialist / Services Procurement Consultant plays a critical role within our MSP programs, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of project-based and outsourced service engagements (Statement of Work – SOW).

2. Supplier & Project Governance
- Act as primary liaison between hiring managers and service providers.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Ensure accountability and adherence to contractual commitments.
- Support supplier onboarding and performance optimization initiatives.
3. Financial Oversight & Spend Management
- Validate milestone completion prior to payment approval.
- Audit invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze rate structures and benchmark against market standards.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and negotiate savings.
- Track total program spend against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
4. Operational Compliance & Risk Mitigation

- Monitor compliance with tenure and regulatory requirements (as applicable).

Required Qualifications

This role is responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.
The ideal candidate ensures all systems meet regulatory standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety codes while providing exceptional service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems according to NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures.
Conduct thorough inspections and functional tests of fire alarm devices, control panels, and system components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Document inspection results, service activities, and system performance accurately and timely.
Maintain knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to coordinate system installation and service activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and team members.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications: NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems (preferred Level II or higher).
Proven experience in fire alarm installation, inspection, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
Proficient with testing equipment, documentation software, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
Preferred Skills: Experience supervising or mentoring junior technicians.
Familiarity with fire sprinkler systems, security systems, or building automation.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Work Environment: Primarily field-based with occasional office tasks.
Work may involve climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and handling heavy equipment.
Exposure to varied environmental conditions, including heights, noise, and construction sites.
