The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with our design team, dealers, and representatives to intake new projects, conduct scope calls to establish project parameters, and work alongside account managers to facilitate invoices. They must possess the capability to read and understand construction sets to evaluate if all essential information for initiating the project has been received. Additionally, they will monitor project status, maintain project log and coordinate with multiple disciplines to acquire the necessary documentation.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Initial project intake and processing
· Effectively review documentation and assess missing information needed for design services
· Communicate with clients, designers and sales teams on additional information needed to complete projects in a timely manner
· Communicate with clients on project deadlines and give updates on progress
· Update and maintain team calendar and project coordination board
· Would conduct initial calls to clarify project scope, services required, product needs and client specific direction.

Primary Job Requirements:
· 3-5 years of project management or experience in related fields such as interior design, architecture, or lighting design.

The Technology team in Santa Monica is seeking a Sr. Software Development in Test Engineer to join our Engineering Services team. Defects in our ad systems can negatively impact revenue and viewer experience due to irrelevance and repetition. Basic Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Software Engineers to understand the complex advertising ecosystem at Technology.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead the planning, configuration, implementation, training, and optimization of Yardi Maintenance IQ as a supplement to our existing Yardi Voyager platform. The objective is to design and deploy a fully functional, scalable maintenance management framework across our portfolio that drives consistency, preventive maintenance compliance, work order efficiency, and data-driven asset care.
Primary Objectives
• Build and deploy a standardized Maintenance IQ structure across our portfolio
• Configure asset-level preventive maintenance programs (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) by property and unit
• Establish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines and checklists
• Implement move-in / move-out inspection workflows and recurring service programs

Director, Analytics Product Management Business Intelligence Center (Google Cloud) – Hybrid

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the vision, development, and adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions across our sales organization. This role will oversee a portfolio of AI-enabled products, including predictive models, generative AI tools, and decision intelligence integrated into CRM and digital platforms, all designed to enhance sales performance and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business).
- MBA or another advanced degree from a top-tier educational institution (preferred)
Experience
- 8+ years in product management or analytics leadership roles, with proven experience delivering AI/ML-drivenproducts atscale.
- Prior experience in a corporate setting or leading a professional services company in an analytical or strategic role, such as Strategy, Finance, or Insights.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple product teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions.
- 3+ years with Google Cloud

Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
