Job Title: Loan Closing Attorney
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $130,000-150,000

Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
- 4–8+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance or loan closing
- Strong experience with multifamily transactions and complex financing structures

What You'll Do?
As a Finish Carpenter/Handyman, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures as directed by the Construction Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Understand carpentry techniques of installation and construction
- Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans with proficient understanding
- Install wall backing and strapping (ex. steel stud framing)
- Clean and maintain hand and power equipment daily
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings
- Assemble and install furniture, cabinets, and other prefabricated materials
- Build scaffolding and other construction structures
- Finish carpentry, including doors, frames, and hardware
- Drywall walls and ceilings with professional measurements and installation; patch and blend standard textures a plus.
- Residential and commercial painting, to include prepping, cleaning, masking, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying paint
- Set toilets and vanities and basic plumbing fixtures
- Able to lay basic vinyl flooring and relay carpet
- Ability to coordinate other subs on jobs
Requirements:
- Works within precise limits or standards of accuracy
- Pictures solid objects from drawings or diagrams
- Must be able to operate equipment such as: table saw, mitre saw, belt & disc sanders, drill presses, fall protection equipment, rigging and form systems
- Trained and willing to follow and enforce safety guidelines on projects
- Proficient in safely using electrical and/or manual equipment and measurement tools

We are hiring a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to manage a high-volume auto accident caseload and drive cases from intake through settlement. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy negotiating with insurance carriers, building strong demand packages, and moving cases efficiently in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage 150–250+ pre-litigation PI cases
- Review medical records and bills
- Build and evaluate demand packages
- Draft and review demand letters
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
- Communicate directly with clients
- Work closely with case managers
- Maintain case documentation in Filevine
- Move cases consistently toward settlement
Requirements
- 2+ years plaintiff personal injury experience
