Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes in the plant, including extrusion, injection molding, assembly, and packaging.
- Conduct process validation and verification activities to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Work with product management and product design engineers on new product design or design changes to improve manufacturability.
- Perform continuous improvement and cost reduction activities on products produced, including identification of potential design changes and/or process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with tooling and equipment designers to create tooling, equipment, or fixtures (including molds, dies, and other manufacturing tools) that meet product specifications and performance requirements.
- Evaluate product and tooling designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance.
- Create work instructions (set-up and operation) for new equipment and assist in training.
- Develop recommended preventive maintenance schedules for new equipment.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor and ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any deviations, defects, or non-conformities in the manufacturing process.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify potential manufacturing risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring consistent production and product quality.
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations to address any production-related issues.

This role involves reconciliations, Excel, consolidation, BOM, P&L, KPI, budget, and cost management.
Responsibilities: 1.
Perform complex financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Develop and maintain financial models, conducting benchmarking and process analysis.

Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.

Conduct cost analysis, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.

Collaborate with management on the development and execution of strategic plans.

Conduct financial reconciliation and consolidation on a regular basis.

Work on the Bill of Materials (BOM) and understand its financial impact on the business.

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the engineering industry.
3.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
4.
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
5.
Proficient in financial reconciliation, consolidation, and cost management.
6.
Strong understanding of BOM, P&L, KPI, and budget management.
7.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
8.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily understandable manner.
9.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
10.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Production Chemist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Position Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Chemist is a key member of the production team responsible for manufacturing bulk radiopharmaceutical products in a highly regulated environment. This role supports production preparation, equipment maintenance, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture radiopharmaceutical products in compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare production materials and supplies; manage production inventory.
- Perform routine production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, including complex technical issues.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to meet manufacturing schedules and production targets.
- Author and revise SOPs, batch records, protocols, and technical documentation.
- Lead and support investigations including deviations, OOS events, CAPA, and Change Control activities.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, output, and radiation safety.
- Train and mentor Production Chemists as needed.
- Support cost-savings initiatives and help achieve departmental safety, quality, and financial metrics.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with U.S. and international agencies (FDA, NRC, EU, ISO, USP, etc.).
- Actively monitor and manage personal and team radiation exposure in accordance with established policies.
- Maintain Class I Radiation Worker qualifications.
- Assist with general laboratory housekeeping and support additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing or production chemistry experience.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with chemistry-related production equipment.
- Familiarity with radiation protection and handling radioactive materials preferred.
- Experience with cyclotron solid targets, isotope dissolution, and separation preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
