Job Details

This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and coordination across engineering, field, and customer teams to ensure successful project delivery.

________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Manage BAS/DDC projects from design and planning through commissioning and closeout Coordinate project activities with controls engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and mechanical teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change orders Review and manage submittals, drawings, sequences of operation, and project documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Oversee integration of BAS with HVAC systems including air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, VAVs, and related equipment Support system testing, commissioning, and final turnover Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and performance requirements ________________________________________ Qualifications 5+ years experience managing building automation or HVAC controls projects in commercial or industrial settings Working knowledge of DDC systems, BAS platforms, and HVAC systems Experience with BAS platforms such as Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Distech, Delta Controls, or similar Background working for a mechanical contractor or design/build environment Prior field experience in controls, commissioning, or engineering Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interested in hearing more?
