Responsibilities:
- Creates and builds new show and event product.
- Installs, operates and maintains technical equipment for productions and events.
- Work on crews that build, set up, operate, and tear down our live shows and events.
- Read, understand, and implement plans and blueprints.
- Translate plans and designer concepts into functional build, shows, and events.
- Assemble and install structures, equipment and infrastructure with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools required.
- Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles.
- Work individually or in a team setting.

- Construct and install new show product in manner consistent with the artistic vision of park management, show producers and designers

- Works with team to set up lights, staging, sets, sound, video and special effects, even if not in area of expertise
- Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags safety guidelines and requirements and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Pay Rate: up to $17.50/hr.
Qualifications:
- May work in a variety of sections of the Entertainment Department: including Lighting, Sound, Video, Set Build, Construction, Props, etc.
- Must have theatrical experience in one or more of the following: Scenic painter/artist, props, scenic carpenter or construction, rigging, special effects, decor, stage lighting or live sound reinforcement
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs

- 1. Provider & Staff Management
- a. Clinical role model and leader of System Anesthesia of the clinical activities and works with entity Peri-operative leadership for maintaining appropriate standards of care appropriate to Anesthesia.
- b. Partner with HR and Provider Recruitment for development and implementation of compensation, recruitment and retention strategies.
- c. Oversees site medical directors to efficiently manage employed provider operations.

- 2. Performance Management
- a. Coordinates activities among various designated operating divisions to facilitate delivery of high-quality patient care and services, while focusing on efficiency in operations and opportunities for cost reduction.
- b. Leverages complex decision support systems such as productivity, financial, market and comparative databases to evaluate performance effectiveness and develop new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- c. Leads the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets within designated guidelines and routinely monitors progress in achieving overall financial goals.

- a. Carries out anesthesia physician practice strategies, policies, and programs as determined by PHC Executive Leadership.

The Clinical Trial Rater, a mental health professional, will be solely responsible for interviewing research participants and their informants/caregivers who are being evaluated to participate in a research study for various cognitive and behavior disorders.

Job Summary: To underwrite a Miscellaneous Medical & Life Sciences account within the Healthcare Team and provide counsel and advice on Underwriting related issues. Provide technical expertise in this business area and maintain and improve market reputation of the Beazley brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting
- Develop and underwrite a profitable portfolio of Miscellaneous Medical & Life Sciences business as part of the Healthcare team.
- Structure tailor-made solutions by considering the team underwriting parameters and underwriting policy and using underwriting knowledge and experience to win new business and retain existing.
- Monitor premiums, costs and claims ratios per contract and take corrective measures if necessary to ensure long term profitability at account level.

- Must have minimum of 1 year CDL experience
- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations and Lazer's guidelines
- Transport trailers to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures as well as federal, state and industry regulations
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and products for our customers in accordance with agreed services
- Communicate and work effectively with dispatchers, customers, team members and/or third-party vendors working in the designated work location. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and any incidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A
- Proven experience as a class A CDL driver with a satisfactory MVR driving record.
- Current DOT Physical and Medical Card Knowledge of applicable federal, state and industry truck driving rules and regulations on public roads and private properties (i.e. distribution centers, etc.)
- Ability to handle long hours and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as getting in and out of the truck multiple times throughout your shift.

What will you do?
- Learn base accounting processes such as general ledger reconciliations and month end close processes

In this hands-on role, you will report to a Deputy General Counsel of CRH Americas, Inc. and work closely with the Real Estate & Development ("RE&D") Team and local operating companies. This role will help manage all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, easements, leases, licenses, royalty agreements, and 1031 exchanges. As a result, this position requires the skill to identify and address the potential risks associated with complex real estate transactions.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Company's RE&D teams and operating companies to execute real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of real estate contracts, including mining leases.
- Assist the operating companies with permitting and eminent domain matters.
- Serve as legal advisor on a variety of real estate matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers
- Help stakeholders to progress all workstreams, including due diligence and regulatory review.
- Collaborate across functions, including tax and risk management, to achieve transactional objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive business-oriented solutions to issues arising from complex transactions.
- Coordinate and assist with the due diligence associated with acquisitions and divestitures.
- Work with other legal team members to manage the due diligence issues related to transactions.

Job Requirements
