The IT Training Program Manager performs both a strategic leadership and tactical delivery role responsible for the design, development, and implementation of IT training initiatives that enhance the technology skillsets of the Associates at GSOC, GTC, and OPC as well as the skillsets of the Shared Services IT department itself.

Equivalent Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

Responsibility: Manages small to medium-sized IT projects independently.

Coordinates teams and resources to ensure project success.

Implements governance standards and tracks project compliance.

IT Project Manager IV Experience: Minimum of 6 years of project management experience involving IT systems, methodologies, and tools Equivalent Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may also be considered.

- System Operations provides technical and functional reporting, documentation and post event compliance/analysis expertise within the System Operations group.
