The Denver Hospice is seeking an experienced nurse manager to oversee our 24 hour Inpatient Care Center. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who understands how to run a unit with structure, accountability, and operational clarity while supporting compassionate end of life care.
The ICC provides short term symptom management and higher acuity support when care cannot be safely managed in other settings. This position works closely with senior clinical leadership to strengthen team performance, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure consistent, high quality patient care.
Leadership Scope

- Experience working in high-volume environments (large-scale daily transactions)
- CPA qualification preferred (not essential)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar)
- Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS and financial compliance standards
- Proven experience in audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
