We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager, Growth - Performance Marketing to lead one of our most important acquisition channels on the Growth team. Each month, the Growth team helps over 600M people around the world find their inspiration on Pinterest. You'll fully own the vision, strategy and execution for Pinterest's paid growth channels, driving efficient and scalable user acquisition.

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our marketing org. As a Data Scientist you introduce greater scientific rigor into the marketing measurement and optimization processes to shape Pinterest's revenue growth and marketing strategy. The results of your work will influence and drive strategic decisions for the company - identify investment opportunities for growth, understand revenue growth and behavior, and define metrics to grow and sustain our advertiser base. The Team:

Pinterest's Infrastructure Governance (InfraGov) team is a small, high-impact group driving the strategy and execution of key infrastructure programs that keep Pinterest scalable, cost-effective, and secure. Our charter covers everything from cloud spend control and capacity management to automation and vendor relationships. We work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and major cloud partners to tackle Pinterest's most complex and important infrastructure challenges.

What you'll do:

• Lead or support strategic infrastructure programs, focusing on areas such as cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, automation, and cloud vendor management, with the flexibility to shift across the team's full portfolio as priorities evolve.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this position is $153,500 - $217,000 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors. • Assist the Chief Estimator in reviewing project plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Perform basic quantity takeoffs for excavation, grading, and related civil work under supervision
• Help collect and organize pricing information for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Support the preparation of bid packages, proposals, and related documentations
• Assist in obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and maintain pricing logs
• Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, and constructability reviews as needed
• Learn and use estimating tools such as HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, and internal cost databases
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and the estimating team to support accurate bid development
• Maintain organized project files, estimates, and supporting documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Equivalent field or internship experience also considered.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in construction estimating, project engineering, field engineering, or a related role
• Internship or co-op experience in civil construction is a plus

Skills:

• Basic understanding of civil construction, excavation, or grading operations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (training provided)
• Familiarity with estimating or construction software (HCSS, Agtek, Bluebeam) is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction in a fast-paced environment

Manufacturing Technician

Location: Mission District (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Swing Shift - 3pm - 11pm

Compensation: $35/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extensions)

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team onsite in San Francisco’s Mission District. This is a hands-on, day-shift role supporting both engineering and production activities in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering, including work with small components
• Follow all safety procedures, including laser safety requirements
• Construct, test, and calibrate engineering and production robotic/computer-controlled assembly systems
• Interpret engineering prints, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Utilize high-precision measuring equipment and maintain detailed calibration records
• Support root cause analysis of manufacturing, quality, and yield issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Strong soldering background, particularly with small components
• Experience with mechanical hand and power tools
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, optics, and cameras
• Experience working with lasers, laser safety, beam focus, pattern recognition, and active alignment
• Experience with UV adhesive auto-dispense and curing processes
• Experience with multi-axis, vision-assisted, computer-controlled robotic assembly equipment in both R&D and volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of pneumatic actuated slides, grippers, and hexapod tables
• Experience identifying root cause of manufacturing, quality, and yield issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SPC tools, and flowcharting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
