Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the general direction of the Clinical Manager/Director, coordinates and provides preoperative testing and education. Responsible for gathering health histories, appropriate orders, results and medication lists. Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, the generic and unit structure standards and/or ASPAN Standards of care if appropriate.

- Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy
- Recognize and respond to patient emergencies
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team - consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more
- Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients

Overview
Executes purchasing, sourcing, and supply operations, using AI-enabled tools and large data sets to drive data-informed purchasing, demand planning, and inventory decisions that support margin, inventory turn, and supply reliability within approved guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather quotes and product details as requested by Sales, Merchandising or marketplace team for resourcing and new product onboarding, utilizing the approved vendor network, sourcing platforms, and supplier marketplaces
- Align and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders including Amazon/marketplace teams on demand projections, timing, and launch strategy
- Complete new item and kit setup in the ERP system and ensure all required supplier and warehouse information is communicated to cross-functional teams to support multi-channel onboarding.
- Issue purchase orders, testing request forms, and deposits; confirm pricing, manage follow-up on shipping status, testing timelines, and payment schedules
- Maintain a detailed Open-to-Buy (OTB) log, tracking shipments, inventory commitments, and cash flow in accordance with approved financial guardrails
- Generate weekly purchasing and inventory analysis using AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to identify trends by market channel
- Adjust delivery timing on open orders or issue replenishment orders based on performance trends and inventory needs by channel

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field

This role will focus on the mechanical assembly, rebuild, installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of complex industrial machinery both in-house and at customer sites.
Responsibilities Mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rebuilding of industrial converting and finishing equipment Perform retrofits and upgrades including installation of new mechanical components, drives, motors, and motion systems Troubleshoot mechanical issues on machinery, including diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions Support machine installations, commissioning, and start-ups at customer facilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation Work closely with electrical and controls teams during machine builds and retrofits Provide technical support and training to customers as needed Maintain accurate service documentation and reports Travel to customer sites as required for service and installation work This is a great opportunity to join a specialized engineering team where you’ll be trusted to diagnose, repair, and install high-end converting equipment across the U.S.
You'll work independently and alongside senior engineers on everything from troubleshooting to full system installations.
What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair narrow web flexo printing and converting machinery Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic subsystems Install or relocate flexographic equipment at customer sites Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals to perform maintenance and repairs Travel to customer locations 50% and deliver exceptional on-site service Collaborate with internal engineering teams to solve technical issues in the field What You Bring 2+ years of electro-mechanical service experience, ideally in flexo, converting, or printing equipment Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics Comfortable using tools like multimeters, micrometers, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to work independently in the field Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to travel domestically and obtain a valid passport for occasional international assignments High school diploma or technical/trade school certificate Interested in hearing more? • Supportive, Experienced Technical & Clinical Team: Join a team committed to excellent patient care, strong client communication, and technical excellence.
