Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed utility investigations to identify existing infrastructure, assess potential conflicts, and recommend solutions during project planning and execution phases.
- Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely relocation, installation, and integration of utility services.
- Review and interpret construction plans, scopes of work (SOW), and project schedules to identify utility impacts and requirements.

Qualifications

You’ll design and build our machine learning infrastructure - starting with vector search and retrieval-augmented generation and expanding into fine-tuned LLMs with human feedback loops. You’ll work across product and engineering to embed intelligent behaviors into our no-code form builder. This is not a research job or a sandbox role - it’s a real opportunity to push AI into production at scale.

The Effectors Center in the SE&TC Directorate is seeking a Hardware Lead focused on design, physical assembly, lab integration, platform integration, and/or flight test. In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the design, assembly, integration, and completion of the unit under test for successful execution of test events.
What You Will Do
- The core of what you will do is drive the physical assembly and test of the unit under test. You will direct the activities of junior engineers and provide technical leadership in the lab and in the field.
- Expectations of the role: ability to effectively communicate and confidently present to program leadership (internal & USG), attention to detail, ability to be organized and prioritize efforts and a strong work ethic. Ability to mentor and guide a team of junior engineers. Technical know-how to conduct missile level integration and test.
- Travel Requirements – up to 10% of the time. Some testing events may require weeks of travel.
- Physical Requirements – This position requires the ability to physically inspect missiles, support the test set up of missiles, help maneuver missile during packing/unpacking and potentially support multiple long days of testing in a row in austere conditions.

Manager, Supplier Development and Quality
As the Manager of Supplier Development and Quality, you will play a critical role in partnering with cross-functional teams to define, develop, qualify, and sustain the supplier base supporting Castelion vehicle and missile subsystems. Responsibilities
- Lead supplier development activities in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and strategic sourcing to ensure suppliers are capable of meeting quality, technical, and schedule requirements for development and production programs.
- Evaluate, qualify, and approve suppliers based on quality systems, technical capability, reliability, risk, and cost, building a resilient and scalable supplier base to support Castelion’s rapid development and production cadence.
- Define and manage supplier quality requirements, including audits, qualifications, AS9102 FAIRs, certifications, and ongoing compliance to aerospace and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive supplier performance improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and service while identifying and mitigating supply chain and compliance risks.
- Support contract reviews and negotiations by ensuring quality, technical, and regulatory requirements are clearly defined, achievable, and enforceable with suppliers.
- Facilitate design-for-manufacturability and design-for-quality reviews with engineering and suppliers to proactively reduce risk and improve producibility.
- Partner with engineering and operations to address nonconforming material, supplier escapes, and rejected hardware through root cause analysis and corrective action, with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics, reporting regularly to stakeholders on quality trends, risks, and critical issues.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, and development plans.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Aerospace Quality Systems: Experience operating within AS9100-compliant environments, including supplier qualification, audits, AS9102 FAIRs, corrective actions, and ongoing supplier compliance.
- Manufacturing & Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and suppliers, including machined parts, composites, chemicals, and avionics and their relevant specifications, typical customer requirements, and certifications.
- Supplier Development & Analytics: Strong root cause and corrective action capability using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma, Lean), supported by data-driven analysis in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
- Business & Quality Systems: Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and Quality Management Systems to manage supplier data, nonconformances, and documentation accuracy.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager-Construction is a 2 year term and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day efforts related to construction, planning, design, and coordinating all aspects of small to large-sized projects related to the Hospital construction programs ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires expertise in healthcare facility delivery, a rigorous command of compliance and regulatory standards, and a passion for leading multidisciplinary teams toward the successful completion of critical healthcare projects. To reach this objective, this role includes creating project objectives, work scope, management plans, overseeing planning, design and construction, managing budgets, schedules, developing and maintaining a relationship with the IOR, HCAi field staff and other agencies involved in the project and collaborating with various internal clients and professionals to ensure successful project delivery. The Manager- Construction Department will assign the Senior Project Manager, at his discretion, projects that match the level of experience of the Senior Project Manager to ensure the greatest success outcome of the project. - The Senior Project Manager will direct, manage and schedule outsourced architectural & engineering firms, general contractors, and other project vendors - allocated to the project and will serve as an adviser and provide resources to the project to resolve technical or operational projects. The position also requires strong leadership and management skills, ability to work with limited supervision, excellent documentation, organization and writing skills, ability to work on multiple projects as well as demonstrating effective verbal communication skills and possess the ability to resolve technical or operational problems. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
