Position Summary:

The Site Supervisor provides hands-on leadership for industrial water jetting operations and is responsible for job site safety, crew performance, equipment readiness, and successful project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge of high-pressure water jetting, decontamination procedures, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to lead teams in demanding industrial environments.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities and assigned personnel.
  • Promote a safety-first, zero-incident culture and conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
  • Operate and oversee high-pressure water jetting and industrial cleaning activities.
  • Ensure proper setup, operation, rig-down, and decontamination of equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety and environmental standards.
  • Manage on-site equipment, materials, and subcontractors and report deficiencies.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and communicate updates to management.
  • Perform hands-on labor as required by project needs.
  • Uphold company policies and report unsafe conditions or environmental concerns.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) years of industrial cleaning or related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; Class B CDL required or ability to obtain if medically qualified.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments.
  • Experience operating high-pressure water jetting systems (10,000-40,000 PSI).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and high-noise industrial environments.
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and elevated structures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
