We are seeking a manufacturing engineer to join our dynamic production team. Position Overview: The Director of Co‑Manufacturing is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company’s co‑manufacturing strategy across a growing network of external manufacturing partners. The Director serves as the executive owner of all co‑manufacturing relationships, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure reliable supply, optimized cost structures, and continuous improvement across the network. Responsibilities:
Co‑Manufacturing Strategy & Network Leadership
- Define and lead the enterprise co‑manufacturing strategy, including network design, capacity planning, and long‑term partner roadmap aligned to business growth and portfolio expansion.
- Establish a scalable operating model for co‑manufacturing that supports multiple product categories, technologies, and geographic regions.
- Evaluate make‑buy decisions, capacity investments, and external manufacturing risks to support executive‑level planning and decision‑making.
- Lead the identification, qualification, and strategic selection of new co-manufacturing partners.

Water Treatment Technical Service Rep. is responsible for providing technical/troubleshooting assistance, general product information, warranty assistance, and limited parts order processing on product that requires extensive product knowledge. Their primary customers are wholesalers (Plumbing and Pump and Well), plumbers, welldriller/pump installers, water treatment professionals, general contractors, service professionals, facility maintenance personnel, architects, engineers and other professionals responsible for ensuring equipment isspecified and serviced properly. Water Treatment Technical Service Rep. also works to assist callers to repair existing equipment or replace equipment when needed.
Responsibilities
Often serves as the main contact to our company for water treatment questions and equipment information.
Receives calls about treatment equipment and techniques.
Providing water analysis interpretation and product recommendation.
Trouble shoot equipment problems in the field and direct proper repair procedures recommending parts.
Assist with sizing water treatment based on facility size and water usage. Assisting with installation procedures.
Referring homeowners and potential customers to dealers and distributors for water treatment sales and service.
Quote specific commercial/industrial water treatment equipment utilizing engineered drawings and specs provided by customers.

POSITION OVERVIEW
A growing manufacturing company in the Fox Valley area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support equipment reliability and maintenance operations within a production environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working directly on the floor while helping guide maintenance priorities and supporting a team environment. Candidates with experience in injection molding or automated manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply.
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining equipment performance, improving uptime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Support maintenance planning and help coordinate maintenance priorities across production lines
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements
• Communicate equipment issues and repair status to leadership and production teams
• Maintain documentation related to maintenance work and equipment performance
• Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade training preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems is preferred
• Ability to read mechanical drawings or electrical schematics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to support occasional weekend or on-call maintenance needs

Electro-Mechanical Technician
The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Green Bay Packaging works in a fast-paced environment that oversees the installation and maintenance of our plant support systems and process machinery. This role will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as installing new equipment, performing regular services, performing maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will use all the tools at your disposal to ensure the reliability of the industrial equipment and any associated support equipment. This will involve corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance techniques, as well as operational and design feedback for maintaining and improving all systems atGreen Bay Packaging facilities.
What Youll Do
- Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Install new production support systems and process machinery
- Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems)
- Communicate and schedule production impacts with the production team
- Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards
- Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of professional experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control systems
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Associate degree in ElectroMechanical Technology
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical control systems (Building automation, machinery, production automation)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
- Ability to record, report, and articulate the condition of equipment and recommended repairs or corrective actions
- Knowledge in the following areas: HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatic principles, tubing, pipe-fittings, rotating machinery (pumps, air compressors, etc.), machining, and welding
- PLC troubleshooting/programming capability
- Operational knowledge of multi-meters and operation of various hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of high-pressure gas, flammable gas, refrigeration gases, and recovery
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Physically able to work on your feet, lift, and navigate tight machine spaces
Work Schedule
- Regular: Working Either 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday) OR 3rd Shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am) after training
- Training: Day shift (6am 2pm, MondayFriday) for up to 120 days
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required

About the role:
This role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. Conducting the majority of client interactions remotely, this role has the flexibility to meet in person as needed.
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
- Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.
- Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

- Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
- Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA tools to validate mechanical integrity under static, dynamic, seismic, and thermal loads.
- Analyze load paths, stress concentrations, and fatigue life of structural components to ensure long-term reliability.
- Design metal enclosures with considerations for airflow, thermal containment, EMI shielding, and environmental protection.
- Evaluate and implement new materials, coatings, and fabrication technologies to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand deployment constraints and gather feedback for design improvements.
- Create detailed CAD models and fabrication drawings, including weldments, sheet metal, and machined parts
- Select appropriate materials and fabrication methods to optimize cost, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with electrical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to integrate mechanical designs with functional components.
- Lead mechanical design reviews and contribute to cross-functional design validation efforts.
- Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, specifications, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design for manufacturability (DFM), cost reduction, and performance optimization.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve fabrication issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support lifecycle management of mechanical components, including obsolescence planning and alternate sourcing.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures or field issues.
- Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (in-row cooling, rear door heat exchangers).
- Collaborate with compliance and certification teams to ensure mechanical designs meet global regulatory requirements (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH)
